"Sir, wouldn't it make more sense to put a sniper on top of a roof rather than charging series of machine guns through a series of K-rails?"
"Yes it would but you can't do that because this game is stupid..."
WTF? The bad guys can use cover regularly and duck and gun but the "spec ops" guy can't? Also, I love how a moderate range machine gun appears to be a precision weapon when fired by the bad guys.
How is it possible to get 3 stars on levels 20-21 night? I have everything maxed. I have a solid strategy/layout but, as far as I can tell, it's near impossible to not have gems touched on the last 2 night levels.
I can barely guess how do you guys utilise all those skills that are in the game. But... try to rearrange your skills, and try get as much active spells as you can. Freeze, meteor strike, poisoned arrows, gas mine, etc... And focus. I realized accidentally that there are lots of players who just don't use focus fire at all :(
There is something insanely wrong when the fixed emplacement weapons on the outpost are *MUCH* weaker than the hand-held weapons you can carry around...
The star scores seem absurd. Even on the second level, I got by far the most kills twice and only get 1 star with "125 more credits needed for 2 stars". The top player gets 1 star?!?! WTF?!?!
Is there any point to rockets or acid (or pulse except for the final boss)? The first 10 levels were cake (except taking no damage on 10) by fully upgrading bullets and then just skipping to lasers.
The final boss just has plain stupid amounts of hit points. The game was fun up until that point. I don't know that I ever would have gotten the hard badge anyway (can't seem to complete 10 or 14 without getting hit once).
Maybe just me (but I have no problem with other games) but this game seems extremely buggy. Multiple times, it just stops in mid-flight. Just now, the achievement screen would not let me exit (button didn't do anything).
The last race is just plain stupid. I have everything maxed out and use most of it as often as possible (especially sprinting) but it seems impossible to finish better than 3rd.
Possible Kongregate (or Chrome/Kongregate combination) bug. I just restarted my computer and now, no matter what I try, Mob Wars game window is chopped off at one screen (around 1080 pixels) high with no way to view the rest of the game. Has anyone else encountered this or have any ideas on how to fix it?
It's a problem with our game and Kongregate; we've been looking into this issue for some time, but currently the only way to solve it is to refresh (or try a different browser and see if that works).
Addendum - apparently some cities are bugged (or become bugged). I did find a city I could actually reach. Still, that's an awfully critical game-bug to be allowed in.
Nice one Kingregate (and game developer). I can not complete the badge of the day (or any other badge) because, after playing for a while, it always says time to destination NaN and I never arrive (I just keep going until I die and then set out on another journey which also says NaN and repeat...)
I'd expect something like level 24 to be the hard ending - not the normal one. I *HATE* games that do this sort of thing (fun game and then make a nearly impossible (for me at least) last level).
Very fun game until the last level. Level 24 forces me to give the game 1 star. There is absolutely no strategy or thinking to it at all - it is 100% reflexes.
There *NEEDS* to be a way to turn off bonuses granted by completing levels. I've reached the point where it is impossible to get the last gold. I have every single component turned to the lowest attack and I still destroy everything before I can collect enough skulls. Guess I won't be getting the hard badge (after putting hours of playtime to do so). Rating lowered by 2 stars.
The Plus puzzles are *WAY* too big. You can't work on the bottom or right and still see the numbers without everything being *TINY*. If you have Plus puzzles >20x20, you *MUST* add support for full-screen (and, if you can't, you need to restrict Plus puzzles to 20x20 max).
