the power curve is a lot shallower. It takes a while to get "fun", at least for what I expect from a shooter. Still, I see the appeal once I got to the higher levels. Definite uprate from my initial impression.
I liked it, but there were quirks. Music stopped after 3rd level. Cameras/guards sometimes see through walls. "off" cameras will still catch you if you bump them. Oh, and the 2nd floor level doesn't let you leave. After turning off the cameras, they come right back on, and the exit lets you walk through and around the outside of the map
no instructions on movement, weapon damage (one shot kills half the time?), grenades (pretty useless), and I'm lost as to why I'd pick up a weapon...are they better? In short: no direction. Oh, and if my grenades actually kill someone, the game freezes. wee.
it's pretty good. yes, similar to shift and all that, but still entertaining. Zero reward for finishing since the ending (both) were lame, and no idea where to see achievements (but I assume that's an NG thing...like our badges or w/e)
oh yeah, i wanted to add that too: the first time i opened the note, the numbers 3920 or 5920 were written over the word "blood". Then they disappeared. What was that all about? *spoiler* they seemed to disappear in favor of the code reappearing on a different page *spoiler*
This was pretty fun actually. A good length, good difficulty, a little "action" mixed in. Some points: 1) couldn't find a mute button, maybe I'm blind. 2) requiring to "hold the button" to score a hit was a little annoying, as I often let go after the hammer swung but before the hit registered 3) all the text seems a bit...blurry? like it is just out of focus. Sacrifice some "effect" for better readability. That note was god-awful painful to read because of it.
meh, ok. the prices seem to relate to nothing. sometimes rope costs 50, other times it's well over 100. if it changes based on segments, then you should just give us the price per segment
needs a tremendous amount of work on the puzzles. I liked the game, but "click pikachu" or "drag one thing to the obvious hole" are not puzzles. I think you may have something great if you made it a but more puzzle.
a fun, quick game. The mute button appears just above the "grass" inside the circle to the left of the logo. Almost downrated it because all games need a mute...might want to make it more visible or point to it in the instructions.
