Fun game, nice concept, but having to grind racoons for an hour to progress to the next area makes it really boring. Had to grind to lvl 8 and buy almost all gear from shop before having even a chance at the cave with bats and rats. Grinded the cave for another hour so I could move to the outskirts of the village, grinded there for an hour....like it's just the same thing over and over again. There's no point in exploring because any other area is way too hard to get through unless you grind forever first. More townspeople would be nice, with a bit more variety for quests, some quests could maybe give more exp or gold to help alleviate the grind.
Thanks for considering my feedback! I change my mind on the residents gathering thing though, as I gained more and placed the max amount on an area I realized they mine the resource very fast. I don't think it requires any changing, I've already cleared out much space for building.
I cannot save my game to the cloud any more. It says I'm not logged in. I didn't have any troubles before with cloud saves and I'm not sure what's causing this. I haven't lost my save file or anything, I just simply cannot save my game onto the cloud anymore. And yes, I've tried refreshing the game lol.
I think I've found the issue - due to the change when the new Cloud Download was added, I made it only connect while in that screen. Sorry about this. I will fix this in the next update. For now, you can try going to the Download Cloud Login to see your connection status, and wait for it to turn green before entering the game and saving to the cloud. Really sorry about this :( Edit: Please refresh and update to v0.72.3, this should be resolved
Never before has a flash game infuraited me more than this. So many cheap tactics from enemies in this. Great game regardless, just really infuriating sometimes...
Can't agree more with the latest comments. Game is more difficult now. Was actually having fun before getting special resources to get a decent blueprint setup, but now it's even more grindy. Way less cubes, way less fun. A small handfull of blueprint upgrades per run just isn't worth the effort now.
I retract my previous statement. After some more playing and adjusting my strategy, I made it as far as I did last night. Still miss my 900 starting bonus tho :P
I was playing this last night, and now so much changed. I had a starting bonus of over 900 and now suddenly have only 598, very disappointing. Upgrade prices changed, and attack speek now increases in intervals of .5 per upgrade instead of 1. What a bummer. New difficulty modes where easy is harder than what I played last night but for less diamonds/rewards. Fun. Kind of hard to enjoy a game when the mechanincs of it are changing from day to day. You didn't balance anything, only make the game much more difficult.
Okay Socialinus, I've 100% figured out what that bug is that I mentioned before, about my click dmg becoming useless. It happens when my click dmg becomes greater than the enemies max health. I've accepted that this is more of a click than idle game, but if that's the case this bug needs fixing immediately. Also, We desperately need a skill for increasing gold gains each run, the 580-595 mark is ridiculously annoying to get past even after previously beating in my last run. I'm resorting to wasting gems on buying gold because grinding is taking FOREVER at higher lvls. Add a new skill for this please instead of changing the effects of one skill like you did with fairy's necklace, all that did was shift what was gimping us in the first place.
Hi, Xzaithyr. Thank you for the report. We will fix the bug as soon as possible. Also, there will be additional buffs to ease off grindings. Once again, we sincerely appreciate for your analysis and passion.
@JoshB455 Nope, your prolly not spending your keys and diamonds on right skills. Dump all keys into Fairy's Blessing and Fairy's Breath. Dump all Diamonds into Fairy's pendant and Fairy's Necklace. Lvl up the other skills with left over keys and keys earned during each run. This is what I'm doing and I've reached a max of stage 585, and hoping to hit 600 soon.
Thanks for making separate settings for BGM and sound effects. Also, noticed the lag is gone when you're opening/closing the menu for lvl'ing multiple times.
Oh, also wanted to ask if anyone else is notcing this: When farming on a stage (not progressing, just farming the same stage) my DPS will be enough so that I can one-click-kill an enemy. But after I keep lvl'ing my current highest hero it gets to a point where my click dmg seems to suddenly do nothing and I'm clicking several times before the enemy dies. This is all while farming on the same stage were it's the same level enemies. I don't understand how or why this is happening.
Hi, Xzaithyr. Although we cannot exact the underlying cause of the issue at the moment, we assume that the problem might occur because critical damage happens randomly. We will take a look at the issue.
Game really needs separate settings for sound effects and background music. I can't stand games that just have one "on/off" setting for both sound and bgm.
Other things that need immediate attention: The 'powered' up heroes every 100 lvls does absolutely nothing, as someone else has already pointed out. Also needs some sort of option to halt progress so we can farm any particular stage we want instead of only being given the option to retreat from a boss every 5 stages. I also feel like the fairies necklace does nothing, and same with pretty much any of the heroes gold % increase abilities. The only reason I am getting more gold is cause I am progressing further in the game by dumping all my keys into click dmg and chest spawn increase. Anyways, been playing for about a week now and will most likely stick around if some of these issues get sorted out eventually.
@sfortenn I don't think so. You're not meant to get all the upgrades right off the bat...where's the fun in that? It's just another sub-set of perks for us to lvl up over a long period of time. This is an idle game after all.
@kajzerata ....You got down voted I am assuming because of your ridiculous laziness at not wanting to make a few extra 'clicks' of your mouse. Like really? It's a couple clicks...why are you even on a computer? lol
Glad to hear it!
