Kinda agree with justacos, the badges were rather easy to get. First play on classic showed me how the game worked, second play I got 110k points and got over the 100 coins needed. Took longer to load the game on my dial-up connection than to get the badges. :)
Well, that badge was a lot easier to get than I would have thought from reading the comments. Don't know if I'll even bother going for the Impossible one though.
Huh, another game where the hard badge isn't nearly as difficult as some medium badges I've done. When I can do it first try, I don't think it really deserves a hard designation, but I'll take the points anyways.
Few things that might help people out there having trouble getting the 1,000 meters. First, ignore killing monsters. It's just a distraction and not necessary. Second, obviously ignore upgrading the weapon skills, unless you've already upgraded everything else. Third, you can dash while in air too, though I didn't really use it all that much. Fourth, if you're having trouble with the keyboard and you have a gamepad, use the gamepad. If you don't think that's possible, go grab JoytoKey program or something like it and set-up the config to the game's controls. I have a dedicated Flash set-up that I use and alter as necessary for different flash games on here and it has helped a lot, both with doing better in the games and saving my fingers from cramping up. I hope this helps.
The game completely froze up and finally the flash crashed for me. Level 23, at the bottom of the level you can end up with the two bumpers in the middle forming a 'v' shape. Got him stuck between those two while I was holding the fast forward button and it completely locked up. Now I'm reloading the page to hope that I can resume there. Most of you probably don't think that's a big deal, but I'm on a dial-up connection, which means waiting another 15 mins to half an hour for the game to load again. Not endearing the game to me.
Weird, must have had the perfect storm of memory in original mode that caused that huge leak, cause I kept an eye on my commit charge while doing unlimited mode and it never went above 450. Just another unexplainable mystery. Hope nobody else has that happen to them.
Umm, for people having trouble with lvl 17, have you tried changing what ammo you're using? I did it pretty easily when I changed to the 3 medium stones. Just a tip.
So does this mean that since we have all the other badges for the Best of 2007 and it's now impossible to get this one, that we should be awarded the badge? Either that or replace this badge with something that's actually attainable. C'mon Kongregate.
