I can't help but think that a "Group buy" option (buy "x" of every type in that category) would be nice, mainly for engineers/machines, since they can be so finicky to balance out.
Tremendous improvement. That said...I'm still dumbfounded as to how some of these challenges are within reason. The 400Gen2, or 325Gen3 and higher, specifically
The game is actually pretty fun, and pretty unique, especially for just starting out. My biggest issue is that the giant walls of text are pretty abrasive. And the scrollbar description is just ugly and unnecessary. You should have a "?" in the corner of each screen to explain individual elements. Either that or tooltips when you hover over an upgrade. Also, not knowing how much an upgrade is going to boost by is quite a no-no. For example, I "Smoke stack: Earn production when bought!" How much? Is it worth it when you're starting out? That said, the game plays pretty well, except for some balance issues (to be expected early on)
thanks, We will change the walls of text to tool-tips in a future update, You can click the help button on the Main HUD and see that buying smoke stack: earns $250 to production, although I understand what you mean. Thanks, and yes we are still trying to balance the game, thank you for the feedback/comments :D | EDIT: Update 3.2 We have replaced the text sliders with tooltips, so when you hover over a button it tells you the information about that button/UI, and we have also added how much some of the upgrades go up by, so you can tell how much you are getting from that upgrade! thanks again for the suggestion/feedback! :D
400 Gen 2, 225 Gen 5, and "No starting bonuses" remain....Guess I'll be waiting for the production update before attempting these. Left 225 Gen 5 on overnight with an auto clicker on boost....Still only 190 and now 4-6 magnitudes higher than each "Collection" to complete.
I'm at a complete loss as to how to handle the challenge that purges all my starting bonuses. Starting bonuses were the only way to complete other challenges...
I'm curious as to the "Bulk Purchases" for Autobuyers. Even at 128, or 256...Still seems to just to buy at the same rate. Am I misunderstanding this feature?
To kind of piggyback on my last comment, I think it would be neat to create more achievements/challenges using only "x" amount of upgrades--Being forced to toggle and choose upgrades with the highest benefit for that challenge.
So I bought the upgrade that gives me 8th dimension and a galaxy...but then it dawned on me...Can I never complete the achievement "Zero Deaths" now? :(
It would be really swell to see what the "Bonus Income Boost" is based on. Like, being able to see the next threshold, much like how we can see how far away we are from the next prestige point.
It appears I have a little booboo. Even after infinity-ing 10 times, the achievement is still locked. Infinitied an 11th time, as well as refreshed the page. Still no luck.
At 51 prestige points, the game has hit a helluva standstill. It's been 24 hours and I've acquired a single prestige point. Maybe implement a second prestige system? :D
Not sure if bug, or intended, but all my White Cube costs in game changed to requiring gems. Inadvertently burned through quite a few, not realizing until it was too late..
So you name the company Dark Plateau, but still reference Gordon and chose to use Lambda? Afraid that the reference would be overlooked without something concrete to parallel? :p
The keep button works only for generating new worlds. When you travel all worlds regenerate.
