I would rather hear absolutely nothing, and a small "beep" when you eat an apple, then the bullshit playing during your game. Even if the quality was sky high on that audio, it's still a horrible dubstep song. You get a 1/5 because if you mute your speakers, this is still snake.
Your game doesn't load for me sir... Just a grey box. Flash is perfectly updated. Perhaps I need something else? At any rate, looking forward to trying the demo in the future. Be good.
I've been playing this for what must be two hours, and keep encountering a glitch that freezes my character until I'm dead... So It's official... I hate this game.
I enjoyed this game... The graphics were decent, the "soundtrack" is quite repetitive as I'm sure you know. The sound was decent... Overall I had fun, though you really don't need many upgrades to complete this game at all. I think I played for an extra 10-15 mins just to unlock the missles... Looking forward to a sequel, because I think you could squeeze more out of this concept. Oh and I should mention that my "Level 10" achievement unlocked for me even though I had only completed nine levels. Perhaps it unlocks when you get your last recruit? ::shrug::
I should start off by saying that I pretty much dislike point and click type games. I rarely bother to finish them. With that being said, I loved the music, art, story, and feel of this game. I know a lot of people are complaining about non-obvious parts like giving the maid a dollar, or combining items, etc... And I don't know why, but I had no problem figuring out the puzzles, which is probably why I didn't immediately hate this point/click adventure, and I never reached a point where I was angrily clicking everything in sight to find something I missed.
But... While I know Aurora 2, is a single episode in a longer story, I feel it was short. Because of that, I felt unsatisfied with the ending and kind of feel like I didn't accomplish anything in the end.
4/5
I'm not sure how often I'll be using this, but it sure is useful, and it's something that should probably have been integrated into the website by now anyhow.
I was having a blast with this game until it came to the point that I had to wait to play again... However, (despite the comments from players on this site) I understand that it's a "free to play" game with options to buy if you want to get serious about it. That's not a foreign concept IMO, especially recently. This game could have easily been a 5/5 but I have to give it a 3 because I can't give it a 3.5, and it's not a 4 if you can't play it whenever you would like.
This game was almost fun... until I realized there was no "continue" if you failed. Even if there was though, there's still huge problems with the "controls" and the downgrade on the graphics isn't as charming as it should be. It's just kind of unnecessary.
well, this is intended to be infinite speed run and i'm thinking of more ways to add power up gifts, right now there is only two
