I accidentally quit firefox while in the middle of the boss fight with Slog (the bigger ogre boss), after he had scrambled my skill buttons. The next time I played, my skill buttons were permanently fixed to those new positions, and have remained there. Could you add an option to organize your skill buttons between battles so this doesn't happen again?
Garok's Bane - a ring that reduces direct damage taken by 3 and resists blind spells 5% - costs 170g, while the Ring of Blind Resistance (identical stats, except 15%), costs only 108. ??
ninmah: from what I can make out, any taint your opponent gains (whether from Megalomania or you playing cards) is also put on you. Any creature you summon is also summoned by him, unless he has a creature with a higher attack out already. There may be other tricks, but those are the ones I've seen.
17, 18, 20, and 21 are all I have left...
an undo option would be great, since I find misclicking far too easy (attacking and uncovering cloaked units would of course prohibit undo-ing). Also, sometimes on the computer's turn, you see a long-range unit fire without seeing the target - it would be great if the screen centered in on both combatants, instead of one. Still, good game, 4/5
Captain Spaulding: You've just had a string of bad luck. I've seen Mad Experiment many times, and have seen every possible effect listed, with about equal regularity. What's possible is that you saw the mad experiment deal damage (or whatever) but the six sanity cost then drove the caster insane anyway.
5/5
Very enjoyable. The only thing that needs work is the computer AI. It summons things when it has xenophobia, deals you 3 damage with blast 'em even when it will take five times that due to taint or your creature retaliation, and never seems to discard to regain sanity, even when it would save its life.
boring as hell... and once you finally win, you get a one-sentence long victory message with a typo in it. 1 out of 5 stars, and even adding more diverse strategies couldn't raise this bad idea above a 3.
I've played three games. In the last two, the game froze and said 'waiting for opponent' on both our screens (we could still chat). The first time. it told me the opposing player was disconnected, so I didn't declare victory and refreshed the page instead. The second time it thought I had disconnected, so I got an undeserved loss. Quite irritating, to say the least.
