Excellent game so far. Obviously it's an early-ish build, but a few things that will prove essential to enjoyment later on (for me, anyway) would be:
1. Pathfinding. Characters need to be able to automatically find their way around basic obstacles like fences, rocks, houses, etc.
2. I want my character to be able to DO stuff WHILE he's walking. If I'm fleeing and healing, I'd like to do both simultaneously. If that's not possible, at LEAST have the action carried out when the character stops.
3. Map. A mini-map and compass pointing to basics like current quest, shops, friends, etc. That would be just AWESOME!
4. (This might be wishful thinking) Beginning class options. Let us choose a bit right from the start, even if it's just Warrior, Rogue, Wizard. Just a little something to help us stand apart with more than just our hair color.
Excellent game! I'll be addicted for weeks probably. 5/5 for having a GREAT beginning to a potentially EPIC game!
5/5, favorited. Brilliant. Simply Brilliant! I didn't have any crash problems running Flash 10.1 (I think. Couldn't be bothered) with Chrome. Seriously, seriously brilliant. I don't know why the "level everything just by doing it a bunch" mechanic was so captivating, but I LOVED it! I would love to see this implemented as well as this in more and more games! SEQUEL NOW!
Genius. Simple and elegant mechanics allowing for incredibly flexible play styles. More, more, more! Kongregate and every other game site needs more games like this one. 5/5 and favorite!
Glitch: after the "Mind or Body" choice, between the two traveling boulders (?) I jumped and got stuck in the rock. I kept jumping until I disappeared off the top of the screen. This is my second run through and 5/5 easy. The platforming is mediocre, but that's not at all what it's about, is it?
EXCELLENT game! I agree that it needs more hotkeys, but other than that it's great! Very well-balanced and thought out. The difficulty curve is just right. Please keep cranking out the "Nator" games!
This is an excellent game. The tight platforming mechanics of the original and the new "kitty" upgrades are great together. Plus I just love the idea that this robot chose kitty powers over the laser blasters he had last time. 5/5 Well done! The sequel: Robot Wants Sugar Glider.
Great concept! Original idea and it oozes polish! The soundtrack is top-notch because you don't really notice it's there, but you'd definitely notice its absence. Just a bit more in the way of explaining the mechanics would help me feel like I wasn't just randomly clicking my way through the first few levels, but other than that this is an A-class game! I'm not huge into this type of puzzler, but it gets a 5/5 for being solid and pretty to look at and listen to. Well done!
Very engaging game mechanic! Very well done. Lots of potential for an "Epic War" killer! I like the silhouette graphics and the balance struck by the different units, but a few more things to do might be nice. Along with everyone else's excellent suggestions, I'd kind of like to see some sort of mini-map that shows roughly where you are with regards to the finish and how many enemy groups stand in your way as well as where your flag units are and your reinforcements. It doesn't have to be fancy, just little flags or points or something to give an overall picture. Other than that and the repetition it's excellent! 4.5/5 rounds up to a 5/5 for me
Good concept, but (and this is the part I really want you to hear) the whole idea of getting sent somewhere else IN THE MIDDLE OF THE GAME is a joke. I click for my tank to stand its ground, and I get a pop-up. I click a chassis to build into a tank, and I get a pop-up. I click the environment and background stuff JUST BECAUSE I WANT TO, and I get a pop-up. The game is good, but it gets a 1/5 until that is fixed. And I sure as **** hope it's a bug because if you put that in there thinking it was a good idea or even maybe thinking it wasn't a horrible idea, then you and I need to have a little chat.
Wow. The menus and interface lack a little polish, but the gameplay alone drives this into a 5/5. I'm buying the full version as I write this, that's how good it is. And anyone who tries to download it illegally: Shame on you. Ten bucks to support a developer that puts out genuinely great stuff? That's a great deal.
Brilliant! The art style, the sounds, the puzzles, the fact that you can turn off hints (which took me a while to figure out)... It's all brilliant! I don't give tons of 5's but this one deserves it!
Excellent, as always. This game is exactly what it should be. The physics are great, the puzzles are challenging, and I still laugh every time I see their faces when they wake up! Kudos! And keep them coming! 5/5
