it means it won't take you as long to find monsters >.>' the skills are logical people and if you think a little you come to the conclusion that the archer is a hunter, eagle eyes improves its eyesight (cause archers need good eyesight) so it can spot monsters more easily, thus it's easier to find monsters and it takes less time to find them

perpectually, the monk is more of an 'active' class rather than idle. it can't really survive without its skill...but the monk is still awesome

@Zerkaphobe, neither, it means you find MORE monsters. If the encounter TIME is REDUCED, the time in between you finding monsters is less, therefore you see more monsters and get more exp.

Just wondering, for the archer's ability, Hawk Eye, does encounter times reduced mean battles are shorter, or I don't find as many monsters?
