needs badges i got to lvl 30 and now im stuck, i think i got to knock off all the turrets but the speed keeps jumping from 0-4k in no time so ill jump right off a ledge. i'll just keep playin till i win, THX FOR THE GAME.

Its a complete jackoff of Portal of Half Life 2 (duh) but its so great that even though its 2D now that it doesn't CHANGE a bit of the idea/fun/execution of the portals.
Fantastic game, getting harder and more versatile as well then I thought.
Upgrading rating from 4/5 to 5/5.
#1 Portal.
#2 Starfighter.
Etc.

Really quite well done. 38 has some sort of precision aiming trick where you can skip pretty much the tnire puzzle (grab the third cube from above, bring it below, done). 40 was nuts. All in all a good game. 5/5

Mr. Osmose.... most people use the QWERTY keyboard. Game developers can *not* be expected to make new controls for every countries keyboard.

This is hilarious, people think Portal is a Half-Life 2 mod. It's another completely different game with the Half-Life 2 Engine.
And this game is pretty cool.

Sounds are really annoying, loses a lot of the flavor of the game but it preserves the gameplay...
Turns out I liked the flavor and humor of the game more than the gameplay.

Really well done, and even has a couple of concepts that the actual Portal doesn't explore enough - though that's probably more because an FPS has different constraints (tunnels don't work so well when you don't have perfect knowledge of the map)
I wish you would copy Portal's left click for blue portal, right click for orange scheme though; that was a lot nicer than using q and e. However, I don't know how Flash handles right clicks so that might not be usable.

You have to love some of the stupid tags for this game. "Rubbish," "stupid ass game." How likely is it that the people leaving those tags are just utterly terrible at the game?

Played over at Newgrounds, wondered if it would end up here. I must say, you guys did a nice job. Did some things that the original team didn't, but, they did things that you didn't (I think your idea of the blue bariers was based off of how the player interacted with the one in the teaser video, not how it actually worked).
I think it was level 34 that annoyed me because it took me forever to work out the best way to do the first 90% (and even then it was difficult) and then killed myself by mis-targetting a portal on the last leg and had someone else do the level again just because, "OK, I worked out HOW, I just don't feel like sitting through the agony AGAIN."

Bugs on 38 are really ticking me off. I know how to solve the puzzle, but boxes keep going into the portals and coming out in a different place that is not near a portal. I have to kill myself and start over every time! Reduced my rating from 5/5 to 3/5 because of the bugs.

Awesome... eh... "port" (I couldn't avoid it). The movement is a bit speedy, but I managed to get to level 37. I had to stop because I kept dropping cubes next to the button on the right, but not on it, making finishing it impossible. So, I'll admit, I no-clipped number 37. 38-40 I had no problems with. Anywho, I'm a huge fan of Portal and this was an awesome flash representation. 5/5

Wow. I've just started, but this is very impressive. Kinda makes me want to go buy Portal. I think Valve should pay you for advertising, seriously. Wonderful animation, interface, controls, everything! I might change later, but initial impressions are a definite 5/5!

Got to level 28 so far. Great idea but the bad controls are harder to overcome than the puzzles. There's no way the guy should be running that fast!

Or maybe you could not be an ignorant ***hat and notice that one of the two devs who submitted Portal: Flash to Newgrounds is actually nicknamed "Dragy2005", with the real name Ido Tal. The wecreatestuff.com forums identify Ido as part of the WCS team. "Dragy" submitted the game to Kongragate.'
Put two and two together before saying it was "stolen". (Nonetheless from the gaping ***hole that is ebaumsworld.)
