use the "hold 5 jumps" ability then get 5 jumps and find a 6th, use the first just before hitting the 6th so you can get it, then pop them all off in a row, its awesome

I always crash after pausing. Most games like this have a 3.. 2.. 1.. countdown when you exit pause; can you add one of those? Actually you probably are. But if you aren't, that would be cool. Thanks.

It's really good - also, this is the way to do paid-for content. Give us a large portion of the game to play (took me at least half an hour) then give us the option to continue playing if we pay up. The bit I played was nice and challenging, and gave me as much satisfaction as a full game would.

This game would be better if you added a Terrain mode, where you travel by floating, on land, underwater, and in the sky by accessing different powerups. The terrains have bonuses; travelling on ground is harder to turn and more friction, underwater it is hard to see the sun, the boosters are rare, and water friction is added, and up high, there are less obstacles, but you go faster than below. I think it would've been a fun and challenging addition for people who are looking for a challenge!

I just love the style of this game. The levelling up is very well designed, the graphics are minimalist and yet beautiful, and the feeling of speed that it creates is exceptional.
Very well done.
Would love a sequel where there are armor, weapons and target elements, if you'd be so kind...? :-)

Tris should have a purpose other than collecting them for goals.For example we could use them to buy upgrades,extras,and change how the ship looks.Also there should be an option to change how the game looks because black and white can become boring.This is just a suggestion and if your working on that's awesome.Overall its a great game and it will be even better when its complete.I'd give this game on alpha a 9/10

I think you should take damage to your wings, and the more damage you take the harder it would be to control. if you damage your wing enough it would just fall off and you spiral out of control.

Updates work very well for me, thanks! One thing I would suggest: Change the color of one of the two pick-ups. Sometimes when you're busy avoiding obstacles you notice some beam of light on the horizon and you can't be sure if it's green or yellow. Wouldn't happen if one of them would be blue or red.

TrueWolves: Actually, when you pick up the tris the 5% bonus is added automatically. When the numbers pop up, look at what they are. Yeah, I agree the score calculation is off. I'm sure they will fix it later though.

I love the game! Though in my personal opinion it could be one of the greatest upgrade/build type games on Kongregate. Now don't get me wrong, the game doesn't NEED to change, its already a great game. But as I was playing it I couldn't help thinking that if the Tris could be kept and used as a currency for upgrading your solar craft; bigger solar panels to absorb more light, sharper wings for tighter turns, thrusters or afterburners, something that made the light you got worth more, armor which makes you slower and heavier but takes the crashes better... I just think that this game is great, but this game, with a customizable craft to let each player play in their own style... That just seems so cool! The achievments could be used to unlock certain parts. The specials could still be there. I just think that customization could take this already great game and give it something deeper. That being said, still 5/5, and very addicting!

Aha! I might have figured out the score-bug, when it's totaling your score up as you play along, it does not count the region multiplier on collected Tris. So anytime you grab a Tris, it is only worth 100-200-300(-400-500-etc) but never 200-400-600 or 800-1600-2400. That should be a simple fix.

The immersion on a large screen is incredible. Tunnel vision, elevated blood pressure and pulse, dry eyes and throat... it's difficult to take a break even for a moment. Great game!

alexx: Not sure the 150 tris objective should be removed, it obviously *is* challenging but not impossible, but it seems so much harder than the other ones at that level. It might want to be a bit later on in the game, IMO (not having seen what later challenges are like, of course).
It's getting quite frustrating not being able to find out what other challenges I could be trying for if I'd managed that one...

1) I definitely want a tris counter for my current round.
2) Don't get rid of the 150 tris objective. It was challenging but not impossible.

I like it and I GOT INTO IT BUT IM STUCK AT LEVEL 5. DOES "COLLECT 150 tries in a row" mean get em in a single run or get 150 tries without any other pickups in between??? HELP PLZ!!!

When I first saw this game's title and description, I thought it would have been a space-themed game where you control a solar sail and attempt to use interstellar radiation to accelerate while attempting to avoid being pulled into destruction by a star's gravity. What I actually find is completely different, but it is certainly entertaining to play. Even before getting any power ups, the deceptively-simple style is amazing, and I love how the shadows are affected by the sun's position. I almost want to know what the diameter and rotation speed of this planet is, to figure out what speed would be needed to always remain in the sunlight. It would be funny if going too fast leaves the sun setting on the other side and putting you in the dark.

This game is Cubefield 2 on steroids! I've been playing only for about a half hour but this game is probably my favorite on kongregate, I love it when you barely miss an object, then turn hard in the opposite direction and barely miss another object, one improvement idea that would help the gameplay experience is to add a speedometer and a throttle, my idea is to have the up arrow key increase speed (and the multiplier) and the down arrow key to lower it, but only to the average speed you would be at without increasing it, lastly I think downhill and uphill slopes would be another great addition

I would like some sort pf progression meter. I've never been past region two (I find this game to be challenging) so having a progress meter help my set goals and track my improvement which is especially useful in a repetitive game like this.

Starts so harmless and bald, but only some perseverence takes you into exciting landscapes. Maybe after 10 rounds one's perception simply changes. Great job! Luv ur stuff! 5/5

just put hard badges on this ... i know the first and second region map, and where is the boosters + tris in region 1 (well there are a few different layouts) ... but still can't get 80k for the level 2 quest ...

Awesome game. Love the light and shadow, and the sounds too. The first time crossing the 'sea' into the next world as the sun fully set was actually really eerie (not knowing quite what was going on). Any chance of a Tris counter though? It would be great to know how far off the objective you are - whether you have time to play it safe or not.
Glad you're liking it! f.y.i, if you pause the game (escape) the objectives will show you how far along you are towards the goal.
Also, from the main menu or the death screen, you can hit the "more stats" button to see your total tri count.
