The only time I failed a mission was when I let the last region's danger level build up to 90%. The rest of the game was really not too challenging. especially after upgrading the first factory all the way. Interesting game idea and fun to play, but more of a grind game.

elll that is your rage buildup . if it gets full you do more damage and get more per kill I think.
only fills up later in the game when you have better weapons and more zombies to kill fast after another, even then it does not happen all that often (the way I play at least, but then I play carefull so I dont have all that many zombies near me most of the time)

You'd have to be a dead zombie if you don't enjoy this game! 5/5 definitely. Gotta love your shotguns, machine guns and rpg's and see those guys blow up :D

@daves20 Yes, I've had that happen every time I do a turret related mission, just about. Thankfully, after a little while, it'll count them as dead so you can finish the mission.

I loved the game FlyAnvil. I would suggest for the next one allowing for survivers to be alowed in the game by finding them with your characture. Mabye even allowing the survivers to protect the base from zombie attacks while you use the tower, or allowing them to come on missions with you to find other survivers and take control of the areas from the zombies. Besides that I really loved what you did with the game and everything. Hope to see a number two real soon.

Best combo?
Maxed melee, alongside the maxed grenade, "Napalm"...
All you need to do is take out ranged enemies with EXTREME bias, then the rest is cheesecake. Oh, right... Wanna defend an operation without losing a single percentile? Do as mentioned, while focusing heavily on one side's flow of zombies while you stand at a specific point where the other flow goes...
Thanks to their derpy AI, you can effectively beat the crap out of one side while 'nading the other to bits, all without moving an inch or losing a single percentile on your glorious bases.

I like how when you stand on top of a freshly-spawned zombie with Self-defense III the player character will go into conniptions and become totally unresponsive until his attacks actually hit.

" Time for a update,Zombie keep their guns and know how to use. Player beats the whole game with only A Sword and auto heal removed" Adds Impossible Badge. Beat game with sword only and without dieing.

I'm really impressed with the learning curve on this game. I picked the recommended controls against my better judgement, but there was just the right about of tutoring/reminders for me to find my feet. By the time it got to the boss I was really getting the hang of it. ...I imagine that's what it'd be like in a real zombie situation :D

How strange and kind of pathetic do I feel when I realize that my kicks and punches are about half of the total help and effectiveness of fighting, especially against zombies. o.O Never have I played a game where it's almost as good to upgrade your melee as well as firearms. :D

I think there is an other survivor in the city. Cause if you do clean up you kill lots of zombies = lots of zombie corpses but if you do it the next night again those corpses are gone. So somebody most clean the streets.

Here's a tip: In recon missions, don't complete the mission until you've killed all the zombies. There is no time or ammo limit, so you can take as long as you like. You get more money if you kill all the zombies. You'll know when they are all gone because the "Threat" level at the top-left of the screen will be zero. Also, generator missions are easier if you kill many zombies before activating the generator.

Excellent game, but one feature that I would love to see would be a "Skip Day" button on the map page for when I don't need to bring the danger level down or get money, but just sit back and receive income from my factories or let the danger level build UP to make it more fun. Great game besides, 4/5.

Love it, though it almost seems a little too easy...since the auto-melee is so cool, I would love to see a more frantic situation....like trapped in a house with zombies smashing in, something unavoidable. I know I can let the danger level get to like 80% and have to stay on my toes, but with the upgraded rocket launcher, and upgraded melee it's almost a walk in the park, there doesn't seem to be any challenge left.
I can just stroll around any area with my trusty rocket launcher and decimate everything while 'whistlin' dixey' (sp?)
I still score this game with HIGH MARKS. Cheers.

Good thing I can explode my bazooka right in front of my face without dying, reload while roundhouse kicking, and have unlimited bullets, or else this game would have been a lot harder.

Lag spikes like the one I'm facing now in the area around the first boss are making the game unplayable. Is anyone else having this issue?

I just finished the game and it's really awesome. I played other decision games and they are great as well. 5/5 definitely. :)
