When I played this game for the first time on Armor Games with my old, slow PC game has proper speed. With my new fast PC game is too fast in many moments and especially with vampire u need more of luck than any skills I think. 3/5 because of idea and good music.

Very unforgiving... the speed 'dial' for the hammering is terrible. Very weird game mechanics, would have been interesting if it wasn't so harsh on the penalties

Never try to kill a vampire when ur so wasted that u cannot hold the stake still and it takes u more than one ax swing to decapitate it.

I remember playing this game when it first came out on armour games. Holy balls nostalgia all the way. I was like 12-13 back then.

I was 12 years old when this game was published on Kongregate. Thank you for making me the fine young man I am today, jmtb02. 5/5 for amazing gameplay and a mind-crippling soundtrack.

I think everyone misunderstand for the vampire. It's ( I guess ) not him who died after reaching 0, but us. As said in the royal guard letter, every false move could kill us.

My trick for the third patient was to get a timing going, watch when it gets to the point and then count it. "1.. 2.. 3.. 4.." each number being when what I need lines up with the correct position and then hitting the mouse (or spacebar) as I do. I got it almost spot on. Hope this helps some of you! ^^

lol, I remember the series from armorgames...took me ages to comlete it.
But not I found a trick. Right-click on the flash window the right time -> the animation is stopped -> Right position: Click left -> PROFIT:: Wrong position Click left outside the flash window -> wait second for animation to continue -> try again!

Also, how does screwing up the line for marking the axe cut HURT a corpse? What, did I poke to hard in anger after messing up an oh-so-perfect line?

1st patient...right, so hitting it right damages him more than lightly tapping... lightly tapping/ medium hit doesn't move it somehow.
2nd patient. Right.. I pour useless fluids on him...hmmm..wait, I cut open the boils(on his vinigar-coated throat), slit his throat, sew his throat, place and remove leaches, and none of this hurts the guy!? (but if I only poke a boil..)
3rd. ....you didn't finish the procedure mate. Burning, stuffing the stump of the neck full of garlic, etc. Also, heaven forbid the vampire we're KILLING, DIES. *GASP*

Honestly not worth the achievement considering you can and will be penalized for doing the correct action in some instances. Never a good idea to punish a player for doing what they are supposed to do. 1/5
