Really amazing and a beautiful concept, it's too bad not everyone has the same views. Way to stand up for your beliefs

loved the concept! it's always nice to see open mind people. a game that has no prejudice and support the love in all ways is an example for the real life and all its problems. if I could I'd give 100/5 xD

I'm sure I would love this game if I could get past the first level. Unless I'm missing something, it seems to freeze when I get both hearts into the repository

I liked the game from the beginning, but I absolutely got hooked when I saw the first Sir and Sir screen! I enjoy simple genderless or at least LGBT+ inclusive games about love and this is one of the better ones!

I can only imagine how brave the developer must be, for releasing an openly pro-gay game into a community infested with homophobes. Whether you agree with him or not, you have to give him credit for that.
Thank you :) Overall I'm really excited with how well the community received this game. You guys on Kong are awesome, and ESPECIALLY kudos to Kongregate itself for FEATURING this game, complete with a badge and award! Such an amazing portal :)

I find it funny that everyone has lit up their keyboard making comments about sir and sir but no one has said a thing about madam and madam, was it too difficult for you to keep moving the two blue hearts to discover that the next level was madam and madam? Or is it just simply double standards? Social relations and perceived implications aside, as a puzzler it reminded me of hello worlds and would have been nice with a few more levels as the levels included are very good.

I, for one, feel the country would be a better place if people didn't keep trying to get in the way of my right to limit the rights of others. I'm, like, being oppressed.

I don't often rate a game. Considering that, I don't often rate a game well. Considering that as well, I don't often favorite a game. Considering all these things, I don't often comment about doing all these things for a game. I am pleased to say that this game has received all these things from me because it deserves these things, and I know how good it is to know that you've made this world a little brighter at least for one person :)
Man, I'm extremely glad you did decide to rate/rate well/favorite/comment this game. Knowing I've impacted your world in a good way IS an amazing feeling, thank you for letting me know :)

funny how some people try to justify their homophobia, hatred, discrimination like it's natural, rational and appropriate, but always with ridiculous and illogical statements. it's ok if you're not on the politically correct side, but hate speech along with misleading information or fallacies only makes you more shameful.

As I was reading the introduction to the first level, I was thinking "Oh, great, of course he had to label the guy blue and the girl pink... Great :|" I almost quite upon finishing level two.
When level 3 popped up, my jaw dropped. I then smiled, and kept doing it until the very ended, where it turned into a grin. I nearly teared up...
Thank you. Thank you for your kind message and your support. People like you give me hope, hope that one day I will not be discriminated against. Thank you so much! <3
Yay! Thank you for playing til level three, and thus the ending! :D You're so welcome, I'm extremely happy to hear this game had such a profound effect on you. Remember - you are awesome :)

The first level.. when I unify them both, the game doesn´t move. No next level, I have to refresh only to restart and have he exact same issue. Anyone else?

Sometimes Sir has to exchange monetary compensation for Madam's love. (Collect little dollar sign before entering the hole) Where was THAT level? LOL.

The imagery is simple but evocative, the morals sweet and the gameplay enjoyable. My critique is on the written sections;i feel you could be more subtle. People always say to show, not tell when telling a story, and i think that applies to videogames. Although some of the story parts are necessary, many could be gleaned from the gameplay, or don't need to be repeated when gameplay makes the facts clear. I feel a gamer is more likely to have an emotional response to a work if they are more free to assign meaning themselves.
That aside, it's a really nice idea executed pretty well. So Kudos!
That's a really well thought out review, thank you! You're actually looking at the 3rd or 4th revision of the game's dialog, I tried it with a more minimal story but a lot of people vastly misinterpreted it, didn't even get the point I tried to make. Ultimately, I decided to make the point clear, but not intensely so - the story is in sync with the gameplay. It's not a supplement to it, nor does it trump it.
Anyway, thanks, I'm really glad you enjoyed it :)

Congratulations on dealing this good with such an important and hated matter. As a game, this is obviously nothing remarkable, even the hardest puzzles were way easy (I really wish homosexuals would find those difficulties to express their love, in the real world it is so much worse...). The reason I gave this a 5/5, apart from talking about the true meaning of love on a day when everyone just babble about sex, is how much you beautifully showed how it is so simple and good, while every homophobe try to make it look so difficult and horrible. You put it down in a childish language, like if you were explaining to a 3 year old (the mental age of most homophobes, actually) that 2 plus 2 makes 4 (and homo love is that natural, actually). And you successfully integrated those explanations in a videogame context, like if you were explaining the rules to the puzzle or that you can move with the arrow keys (and if anyone could love anyone, life would be beautiful, fun and light as a game).
Thanks so much for this review! Yeah dude, most people really tend to overcomplicate things much more than they need to be. That's the whole point of this game - love is love. It's simple, everyone feels it, no matter who you're attracted to. Thanks for playing, I'm really glad you enjoyed it so much and I hugely appreciate the rating :)

what a cute game! It took me a couple tries to get the hang of it, but once I did it was challenging enough to make me think, but not so hard that it distracted me from the story or the point.

A nice game with a message that is beautiful, although in my opinion maybe somewhat naive. Because I feel that even without the obstacles put up by societal norms and so on, there are still some obstacles or problems inherent in the concept of love between two people (with two minds, two personalities, perhaps different life goals, dreams and ambitions). Real life is not a romantic comedy, and it's not a fairytale where they live happily ever after. But once again, it's a good game! And I really liked the soundtrack. :)

There are very few happy things that make me tear up, and even less love-related things.
Congrats on adding another thing to that list.

I love the message, I have never gotten why people hate on homosexuals. I was raise as a homophobic and am glad I see the love, and not the gender.

too bad that some people are born into a "loneliness hole". I've been thrown a rope myself lately, but it's questionable if she'll fasten it or drops the other end on my head as well.
Being stuck in the loneliness hole definitely sucks gnards, I've totally been there. Hopefully your ladyfriend fastens on!- but even if not, I assure you that the loneliness hole doesn't hold you in forever. Speaking from experience, just work on making yourself a happier person and being more comfortable in your own life. Once you'e achieved that, all else follows :) Anyway, thanks for playing the game, best of luck in your endeavors!

If only all political people would play this game... VnV Whats wrong with being ourself? I'm not homosexual but people deserve to be treated the same way all around the world
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I love the message, and I hope you continue developing, but I had to rate lowly due to the puzzles actually being rather weak, and there not being much to the game. There's no innovation here apart from putting a message on top of a very played out puzzle mechanic.
Applause for putting it all together, though!

Great message, but the tone is somewhat... preachy, maybe? Simplistic? You're either preaching to the choir, in which case the message is somewhat dull and lacking in nuance, or you're trying to show people a new perspective, in which case you want to give them an actual reason to believe what you're saying. I hope you build on this to create something deeper and more powerful.

When rating this game, keep in mind the people who will rate this 1/5 almost immediately and rate accordingly. @Kutai, I was browsing through the lowest rated comments out of curiosity, and most of them are so inarticulate that they have nothing to refute. Others refer to scripture which cannot be refuted without disproving the existence of a divinity, another argument completely. I hope that some people can reconsider their position (e.g. using "gay" as a light insult) considering things like this: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-africa-20318436, Uganda's law which originally featured the death penalty for being "aggravated homosexuality".

Loving this Game 5/5, also...
