Pro Tips: You can just pass by the first gray enemy if you don't stop and if you are a little fast. The green plants that shoot 2 shots won't kill by touch, just the shots are deadly. When in water stroke X with a steady kinda slow pace rather than smashing it, it's more effective. Rehearse what happens if you just launch yourself to the next screen, sometimes it's possible to just fly by. (eg, the one with the four flaming balls)

loogymcwooggy, I think the impossible badge should be at least 3:00 (or less), I got 3:05 dying twice and making crappy jumps...

Hard badge shouldn't exist. The game is way too laggy, plus there is the sticky button bug of Flash. These two things together make it more frustrating than enjoyable...

My only complaint is that dumb feather: if you press the jump button slightly too early, you end up wasting 5 seconds.

Once you absolutely meomorize the map (its not THAT big)(thats what she said) it works.

Some tips for the hard badge: Ignore all check points; if you end up needing them, you have already gone over the time. Don't rely on the feather unless you need it for a jump; the time it takes for you to land and get your bearings makes it not worth messing around. If you die once before making it to the water caves, restart. You MIGHT be able to die once after that point, but only if you are otherwise perfect. Likewise, you MIGHT be able to miss a jump once, but only if you don't die at all. There are little ways to save time, for example: run past the first enemy and don't wait for him to spike. That's a fairly obvious one. Less obvious: you can swim as fast as the big fish so don't be afraid to blow past them. When in shallow water, spend as much time as possible jumping out of water; you will move much faster above water. The pacing blob in the screen just west of the water caves can be jumped over even when moving away from you in the hallway. Never stop moving! Good luck!

Funnily enough for me, the hardest thing in getting the speedrun was the first red blob guy. He owned me way too many times!!

I made a video on getting the hard badge. There is not much to it though, just make as few mistakes as possible, try not to die or miss jumps.

A very nice and simple spin off of Metroid styled games. Fun and just difficult enough to give a challenge. Too short tho :P

More tips, you can cross the two lava spitting things in one jump with the jet...
