For my Kongregatians stuck on the second level; the way to win saving the most money is to simply make the bridge like a little mountain. Two sticks is all you need per gap, a flatter version of /\.
Happy gaming!

OK, these workers can push and tip over an elephant on an even piece of ground - but they cannot push a crate hill upwards?! What the **** is in those crates?!

Wouldn't it be nice instead of having "Connector is too long" display, the game would calculate how many connectors are required to make a piece that long, and divide the connector into that many equal-sized pieces?

My workers can't climb the slopes. Pretty big fail that my bridge has to be re-designed for such a silly reason. FFWD button is a must.

made a wickedly awesome bridge. 19 dollars left over. it breaks. made another bridge. 1900 dollars left. it worked. WTF?!?!?!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
There seems to be very little relationship between how much a bridge is reinforced and how sturdy it is. It seems more about minimizing flex. If a bridge can move, it's probably going to break regardless of how well it's supported.

That moment when you spent 15 minutes constructing an insanely complex structure only to press the button and see it break into pieces as if it were made of pretzel sticks...

In a recent develepmont several bodies of workers have been found at the bottom of a cliff, along with several Elephants.

I think it's sort of amusing how a little daring makes it pretty easy to get the medium badge after level 4.
But overall it's a nice game.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
the hardest part of the hard badge, is not building the bridges. Its repeating the same tactic over and over and over again until you reach 40m.

It starts out okay but as many have said there is a serious issue with the way that the physics works (and I'm not sorry about complaining about this since it is clearly bungled), when the issue is flexibility and weight it makes sense to be using wood... even for the elephants and safes!?! Er... yeah... that on top of the issue of small changes taking ages to make (please let us move an end point and have the pieces adjust) and it just becomes a drudge by the time you hit half way... Overall a game that promises much but falls before it finishes... (and I'm starting to think going after badges of the day is less and less worth it - so many fail games).

"Let's get to work guys! Jump onto that rickety swaying wooden bridge as hard as you can and clump across it all together now, as hard as you can! Oops, it's breaking up under our weight? Don't worry, keep stomping! Oh look, Bob's fallen into the bottomless chasm and now the bridge is completely gone? Let's run out onto empty air after hiiiiiiiiiiiiii............."

I hate this game with a passion that burns with the white hot intensity of a thousand suns. yet I cant stop playing it O.o well played limex.....well played >.< 3/5 >.>

the guys in the game seem strong, but they are just really fat, how do the bridges break with so any reinforcements, and then one guy walks on it and it just collapses.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
pro tip: both wood and steel bridge will provide the SAME structural support and steel is heavier, if your bridge keep collapse itself try using more wood parts

Hey guys, I found the nails!" "OK! Too bad we don't have any jobs left!" "Yeah if we did, we wouldn't have enough glue to use.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Bridge almost works. Replace supports with steel. Bridge can no longer support it's own weight. Something's very wrong with this thing.

I like when there are two independent bridges in one level. Ok, let's build first bridge! Ok. It looks stable. It even can hold my porters! Let's build the second bridge. Test. First bridge falls when porters tried to cross it :D

Note to the crew - If you notice that the bridge over the bottomless chasm is a bit flimsy, here's a thought - go over it one at a time, and for gosh sakes, be gentle! I'm a bit in arrears on the company life insurance policy.

"If your legs are too short to climb steep bridges, you should not leave your packages on mountain tops" -Wise saying

Yes! Im about to win! Oh wait the last guy fell... Theres five minutes of my life ill never get back. Thats why it needs fast forward...
