I got a guy who matched NONE of my visual requirements, and found out that he was vain, a murderer, and horny... BEST BOYFRIEND EVER. :3

The other girls run around, meeting so much other guys, then she met me. And out of everyone she met, she had to take MINE?!?!

You found the guy of your dreams (age 23), you found out he's very rich +9, you found out he's a criminal -9, you found out he's a murderer -14.

So, no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get the 5 stars (I got sooooo close twice - once, I didn't get it because I accidentally picked up roses before getting the boyfriend) until...
...
...when I was about to give up, I decided to grab the first boy who came along. He only had one matching characteristic but all of his personality traits were almost the best possible, putting his total lover bonus higher than every other previous boyfriend I've ever gotten.

This guy's a creep. Oh, there's a skull, I'll just walk over it to get rid of this guy.
"You found out Girl is a murderer." -10

I dump a guy (he's attractive, loves shopping and understanding) whom I've been dating for 20 years ++ just to date my dream guy for 3 years who's a murderer, smoker, and horny... The irony.

I like it, it's pretty entertaining. Kind of shocking that my kind and talented boyfriend suddenly died when I was 23 because I didn't avoid the icon. The guilt!
The music was bugging because it was almost recognisable, until I realised it was "Georgy Girl" by The Seekers, which is really not something I expected.
And I know you said "lighten up, it's just a game", but it really is swimming in unfortunate implications for both sexes if you think about it in the least. But the nature of the game is so simple that it's probably inevitable.

I finally scored the perfect lover: Louis, a loyal, shopaholic, family man. His White skin and oddly squared off jaw matched my expectations perfectly. Not so his side-parted brown hair or square glasses, but nobody's COMPLETELY perfect.

Never saw my soul mate, but found someone who was good in bed, loving, and nice. The game told me I'd lived a wonderful life. D'awwww.
Fortunately, it did not pass moral judgment for all those times I played chicken with his life, trying to steal chocolate from the grim reaper.

I never knew there were so many murderers! D: I like hitting the skulls with them though. The dirty... serves them right.

I tend to dislike Nerdook's games, this one seems to be an exception to the rule. It isn't quite as repetitive and "grindy" as his games usually are in fact I found it somewhat simplistic and sweet.
3/5

Well... I've learned women are very forgiving from this game! All it takes to offset being a murderer is having the right hairdo and loving shopping!

For anyone having trouble getting all 5 stars: you don't need to have the perfect guy, you need to score at least 1000 happiness by the end. Try to find a guy that has at least 2 of the qualites that match your perfect guy and hope that the attributes that you discover are all positive ones. The earlier you pick a guy up, the longer you'll have to switch out for someone better or the longer you'll get the bonus.
That said: One of the undiscovered characteristics I found was "attractive." Evidently, I was blind when I found that guy.

whoa! i come back from lunch and see that i've made someone angry. well, dragonxcore: here's my reply. #1 i did not make this game for valentine's day, it was released in august last year as a side project. #2: if the game hits a nerve with you, i suggest you try out Rebuild: it's an awesome game, and it's the top monthly game for february! i've finished it twice. awesome.

I think you need 1000 Happiness in order to get 5 Stars because I got the achievement with 1109 and 4 Stars with 905. If you score a guy with an annual multiplier of 25 very early on, stick with him until the end. I never found the perfect (looking) guy before 40.

hmmm... i got a man who was a good cook +3, clean +6... and violent -9... which apparently evens out to 0. yeah, so he's a violent bastard, but hey, he's clean and can cook! ;)

murderous, violent, logical minded...named dexter. awesome. There should be a 'black widow' achievement for killing 10 lovers.
