I can't believe just how many people hate RuneScape and think it is terrible. Newsflash: IT ISN'T. It's not exactly the best game out there, but it certainly isn't the worst.
The PEOPLE whom are usually on RuneScape is the main problem. As for the game itself, the engine is actually quite a feat of programming considering the latest HD upgrade. The skills, despite needing to pay in order to make use of most of 'em, offer a many different ways to play the game. A summary made short (partially because I'm busy right now), the game is actually above-average in its class.

Jagex has once again infected a great site with pathetic excuse for a game, if you can even call it a game, called Runescape.

Krusader, calling RS the best mmorpg of all time is a huuuge overstatement. It is a fairly decent game, one of the best done browser based games, but in general, there are far better games, even far better free ones.

Everyone saying it's a scam, understandable, but you can log on on the official runescape website and it will log you on on this one too. Just open a new window for runescape.com, log in (actually click the "log in" button on the front page) then click play runescape on this one. Your username will be at the top-right.
I don't know why the hell it's on here either, but it's legit.

It's not a scam you idiots. It takes you to runescape.com when you click on it.
You guys must be the ones hating on the game which you probably never really played or gave a chance. It's not bad. I bet 90% of the losers spamming this game came on and voted for 1 star without even playing the game.
(Not that everyone did that, but a lot did, I'm sure.)

runescape is a poorly done game but as far as i kno its teh only in browser, 3d, mmorpg. for that i give them some credit. this is sad though cuz its just a redirect

Jagex put it here or not but this game sucks bad.
Classic was one of the best MMORPG ever but this... this piece of crap came and repalced it!

Hey guys - this is a legitimate version of Runescape. Jagex has made a new version and is releasing it on Kongregate and other sites. A lot of Kongregate players have requested Runescape. Others don't like the game. The good news is that all the other games on the site are still here! So you can play those instead!

Runescape is probablly one of the best (if not THE) MMORPG games of all time, I can understand why people don't want to play it, but I don't understand why people think it's such a bad game? I'd like to see the people who dislike it make a game of this standerd.

If you can sift through the flaming, it's key to notice the comments that suggest password stealing. I can't test it, but I wouldn't doubt that this is a false copy. Flag if you're sure, but play at your own risk.

everybody flag it it is not actually by jagex this is a fake that is used to steal your passwords. The fact it says upgrade to premium is proof as is on Runescape.com the actual site for runescape it says never enter your username and password anywhere but runescape.com

ı thınk thıs game ıs stolen theres not a sıngle bıt of proof that mentıons thıs game aınt stolen. so dont play ıt ıts obvıously a scam to steal your accounts and the full game would take more than 10mb so ı dont thınk thıs ıs the whole game eıther so just flag ıt and ıts not called premıum ıts called members. ıf you hate thıs game you can now flag ıt wıth out worryıng.
