Fun game for something put together quickly. Hope you decide to expand & improve. I'll prob'ly play some more, now that I've kinda figured out what's going on. Really like the achievement room!

Would be nice, if new achievements get highlighted with a little glow, so you don't have to search them all. And of course some turn out for the achievements would be nice.

There needs to be an addition of a map, a way to see your max health so you don't overeat, and there needs to be a clear indication as to what gaining levels actually does. I see no changes when I gain levels.

In the Achievements, The Pike is called Warhammer and the Warhammer is called Pike... Either im dislexic (love how i can't spell that...), or theres a typo

To everyone complaining about their character walking like crazy on his own after moving...stop using Internet Explorer. That problem has been around forever.

"Find the X in 1 turn" is not fun gameplay, as nothing we do can help us locate the X with anything else but a brute force search, and nothing increases the # of turns.

In the "achievement room", The Pike and warhammer descriptions are switched. War hammer says pike and pike says warhammer.

Yes this game may be short, but it's a good job done. You don't have control of the battle which sucks, but overall it's very solid. 5/5

I love the idea for this game!
I would suggest adding a radar to point at the quest object and maybe a system where achievements earn you better starting equipment or something along those lines. Right now it's more a matter of luck just to find the quest object. Add those and this would evolve from a good game to a great game.

Love the mechanics of this game, if extended has much potential. maybe insert a minimap? with fog of war or something so you can see what you have already explored so you dont have to worry too much about orientating yourself back to the quest objective.
Maybe make a level system with level requirements.

This game is pretty awesome, hope a second one gets made with upgrades and maybe armor and a way to change what your character looks like.

If the dev does expand this into something i would definitly be interested in playing it if it is even half as simple as this. I get to level up, pick up equipment, quaff potions, kill monsters, and move with only three buttons. A-W-S-0-M-E. Really like this game even though I can't break twenty seven thousand. I Look forward to the next one.

I'd love to be able to mark where on the map I saw the quest target, or if once it's in my field of vision, there was always an icon which pointed in its direction. If I need to level up before a fight, it's very hard to find the target again, once I've wandered off to fight things and pick up equipment. Great concept, though. I can't wait to see the next iteration of the idea.

For those having a problem with sticky keys, this is a common problem for many flash games, besides those for undefined. I once had it, but I made a change on the Internet options that completely got rid of the problem. Go to trusted sites under the security tab and add www.kongregate.com. Make sure the server verification option is unchecked. Afterwards, uncheck the Enable Protected mode for trusted sites. It should fix the sticky keys problem. I'm not sure if this is available for all browsers, but it works for IE7.

Level 7 shield, Level 6 sword, Level 5 character, 15 potions... Alright I got this! *attacks lvl 5 slime*
*dies and manages to only hit one*
Yup, that seems to sum up every thing about this game...

You should get a good sword before you fight any monsters, and deal at least 4 hearts of damage before you fight level 3 monsters.

You have treasures that look like maps. Why not make them actually give you a map? You could have a map of where you've been, and the maps you pick up show you another nearby area.
