found the perfect trick: eliminate all the antiaircraft, boats, and planes then surround the enemy with planes and place planes on their war factories so they cant spawn antiaircraft or planes then take over all the territories you want!!!

How to tough it out on level 9: the first 4 or 5 turns decide the game, take the refineries and use one of the small boats to capture the lower war factory before moving to its sea oil refinery, on your starting island forget about the northern war factory or north west refinery because the they are both in range of enemy turrets and rocket launchers sitting on the bridge, the area will become flooded with enemy anyway

on lvl 9, by entire base was filled w/ the blue guys, but i had send an intrepid to capture their war base and sent a commando from that base to take over their HQ. i only had 4 units at the end. That has got to be the weirdest win ever.

On the mission "last report" the maps dimensions are 25 by 18. How come in Battalion Arena's map editor the max dimension are 20 by 20? I say users should be able to create maps bigger. Other than that I think it's a great game, 5/5

This is how I beat lv. 9: I did not charge my ppl to attack. Let the enemy come to you. (Tip: Do not try to capture the warmachine. Just win by killing all enemys.) Reply to this comment if it helped.

everyone's saying it, but the wait for the AI on some levels really ruins it. The fact that you CAN'T EVEN MOVE THE CAMERA to have a look around while you wait gets very frustrating.

few flaws like lv.9,unable to play as spartans in campain(would help on hi difficulty),and you need to cature places just to be allowed to make certain terrain troops!!!!!!!!+ this comment so a mod sees it

In the bonus map, the AI get´s an albatross pickup for an Intrepid.
And the albatross pickup was just flying over the map and does nothing.

Things to do while waiting for the AI: take a bath, rearrange your sock drawer, read a book, read all your books, rearrange your books using the Dewey Decimal System, learn Hawaiian, run a marathon, write your doctoral dissertation, and type snarky comments.

bit of an obvious AI behavior exploit here: they have a huge priority placed on attacking repairing and capturing units, this makes damaged infantry surprisingly valuable units

@donutboy224: in spartan secret special mission. you have to place one spartan at base while the 2 oones put them on mountains at right side (destroy the enemy while on mountains) and the other one to deep mountains and if ur spartans' health is orange regroup all of them at base as soon as you can. all rate + so all players and guests sees it

One question: I don't understand how the income system works... I have 6 level 1 refineries and 3 level 2 refineries, that should add up to an income of 1080 per turn. However, I only get 360. Are there some sort of hidden unit upkeep (maintenance) costs?
