I loved the creeper world games here on kongregate so much I went to steam and bought 1 & 2 (my sister already owned 3). 2 is way different than 1 & 3, but I love it anyway. I hear 4 is in development.

i played the game for a bit and kept losing so i figure did check the tutorial for some times. i didnt realize that the green area affected home much energy you produced it helps alot :D thanks for the good tutorial

Never have I ever moved the city from its starting position. It hasn't occurred to me in this or the other creeper game to fly the city somewhere better until I went back and looked at the tutorial level. What a surprise!

First time, the god damn first time, that I play strategically, I win. No, I don't win, I kick their asses from one side of the planet to the other.
What I mean to say is this: This is one hell of a strategy game. You have to think about what you have to do in order to win, you can't just brute force it. I love this game, man, so great job.

Kind of weird that the point of the game is to flee the field of battle AFTER defeating the enemy. And spores that are as big as a car are some big-ass spores. (BTW, I was at level 7 before I realized that there are upgrades.)

You don't have to use drones (or mortars), but I was able to complete maps much faster (beating maps is easy, but beating them quickly less so) when I used them. If you rotate them, you can carpet bomb a distant area / emitter, land a blaster on top of the emitter, and buy enough time to set up the relays.

I usually don't comment on games. But this one is actually worth to leave a message. I like the idea that you cannot simply spam towers. Instead you really need to carefully time your production schedule. Very nice, very innovative and very addictive. Needs sequels ;-) 5/5
