Everyone said don't throw it backwards. So first thing I did was throw it backwards. Second thing I did was restart my browser.

The game shouldn't crash when you throw an airplane backwards. I know I just poked my eye out, but that doesn't mean the universe will explode.

The in-game achievements don't register, meaning I can't get the "Cheeves in the Breeze" badge, meaning I can't complete the Elemental quest. I've placed a bug report to Kongregate, and it seems other have done this, too. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon.

Is it me or does anyone else have an issue with not getting ANY in game achievements, because I got none, beat the game got every other badge but 0 in game achievements...hmm weird.

When you stall, it says hit SPACE, but you can actually press anything. Just give your keyboard a quick swipe: "qwertyuiop" and away you go! Thumbs up!

How is it that when your plane is point straight down.. the velocity keeps decreasing.... need to work on that part a bit...

General strategy for getting lots of space stars (or at least how I got it): Max out upgrades. Pick up plane, go to bottom left corner, then throw quickly towards the top (try not to throw backwards). Immediately hold left and space, so you should fly close to straight up. When you have about ~1 bar of fuel left stop using engine. You should stall. Use emergency stall, now you're flying horizontal at some crazy high altitude and you can use the rest of your fuel to aim for stars.

So, my game is refusing to register that I am completing any of the in-game achievements... what shall I do about this. I need 15 of them for a badge, but it is impossible now.

The "useless" upgrade is actually pretty good. What it does is it makes your plane turn into some origami animal (I've seen the Learn to Fly penguin and a turtle) And makes you bounce forward some more, hitting cranes, stars, and those propeller things. In fact, thanks to that, I got that "Bounce along 100m after hitting the ground" achievement. As far as I know, that's the only possible way to get that achievement. Thumbs up to help other players after you!

Well, falling prey to the top-rated comments, I threw my plane backwards. The plane lasted for about 1 and a half seconds, and then the time-space continuum started to slow down as if to try and recover the universe and undo that horrible folly. In the chaos, I had taken out my emergency "Windows Task Manger Button", and had fatally severed the ties that my browser and the simulation shared (plugin_container.exe). The browser itself had gone into a medically-induced comatose state, but eventually pulled out three months later without any more drastic operations. I am only writing this message as to warn others of my experience. Remember, it's only a simulation, but throwing the plane backwards in that simulation is like dividing 1/0 in real life.

Six people have written on a blank side of this airplane. And yet, we all know that a piece of paper only has two sides. Explain this logic to me.

After upgrading everything and beating the game and completing the star quest, I threw the plane, (burned all the fuel, hit the rainbow button) 5k M later it still wont come down, I want to close the tab, but I dont want to end the flight... *Le sigh*

For some reason the game won't give me any of the achievements. I've completed the game and at least 10 of the achievements (probably more), but none of them work for me. Guess I can't get the third badge, that sucks.

There should be a Star-counter on the screen... getting the last badge is boring, and you have no idea how close you got, thus changing it from a game of skill to one of chance

To get the hard badge: Fly straight up until you have only two fuel bars left. (Intermittent bursts are better than holding the space bar.) After that, keep your nose pointed slightly up as much as possible, only using thrust if absolutely necessary. You should stay up long enough, especially if you can stall twice before you completely run out of fuel and recover quickly enough. Rate up if this is helpful.

Oknumber one way of covering distance, pinwheel hopping. Basically just try to fly low and land on every pinwheel. I completed the game in 19 days

Magnificent game, love it so much, but if you can install an engine in a paper airplane and still have it be able to fly, you should just build an actual plain.
