I love the simplicity but innovation of this game. I would suggest having way points like every 5 or 10 levels. Or possibly a restart feature for ever level though if either is implemented then a clear saved information would be nice.

*first round starts* "okay this is cool you can walk around a 3D asteroid. cool cool." *asteroid lands on me* "WHAT THE F*CK?"

Very fun game, plays like a modern arcade game. 5/5! (=
The character in this game kind of reminds me of a Starcraft Marine, or a space soldier guy from a commodore64 game I can't remember the name of.

These arachnids in space, we'll call them spaceders, are so technology advanced that they have created their own army, ways of transport, and spider beer. Too bad the futuristic States only sent ONE guy to fight their race. When America inevitably wins, it's just too bad their culture will be destroyed but one thing's sure, Inspector Clay is dead, murdered, and somebody's responsible. *more rambling*

really awesome game. gets impossible fast when black explode on death guys arrive and take out a hemisphere when they explode. If I had to say something bad about it, I would mention the name isn't very good. This has nothing to do with the USA.

Great game, just played it for a few hours. Would love to see a leaderboard though.
Anyway, my only problem is that the difficulty curve suddenly stops existing. After wave 30 or so, it's essentially the same wave again and again. I went up to 99 before I made a stupid mistake.
To get to wave 99, all you have to do is to collect all the power-ups to your stats, then never use the plasma balls. Keep your health at full if possible. At the start of each wave, destroy an alien hub and take the invincibility from it. This is the only possible power-up if you have all the stat improvements+ full health. Then, run into the rest of the hubs while invincible, healing the ground as you go.

i think this soldier is the worst of all army, because he was send alone in a mision, maeby this a litlle mision, i can imagine the bigges mision than need more than 1 soldier. or maeby this a trainig place, if u survive till help get there u are part of the team...

Awesome game. I think it might improve things a bit if the health powerups provided 2 hearts instead of 1, at least in the later waves (the odds of getting damaged more than once between powerups gets very high

Yes... first game: Run over the planet and look confused after you died with 0 points, cause the very first asteroid crushed you >.<

I was pleasantly surprised, I do kind of wish for a bigger playing area and possibly start off with a bit more health. I enjoy the upgrade system and being able to heal the ground with the powerup.
5/5

It the later levels when you have max power and rate you think youre invincible, until a meteor hits you and you instantly die

Since this is on Unity you might aswell use the whole screen, cause as is, the playing field is too small and is blasted away so easily. Holding the left mouse to "heal" ground feels an unnecessary waste as it consums the shoting ability. Games are starting to devolve as we're going back to - "Holding down Fire and mindlessly run circles."

I kinda wish for a mode where the guy can't die.... just so that I can see what become of the planet eventually... can't reach their by effort alone, always dies between 11 and 15

Commander: We are sending one of you into the most unreachable part of space with out any help whatsoever! Soldiers: Ooookkkkaaaayyyy!?

This game has definitively something epic and is very well made. The concept of the destructible planet bring fun and originality. One regret : there is only a survival mode. I hoped for a campaign ! But, it's already awesome ;)

It is always difficult to explain why you really love a game, and I really like this game Simple, effective, addictive, beautiful, innovative, the designer has dared and won his bet. We feel that this little gem has been refined, neat in every detail, I applaud the work with respect because he deserves it. Fully.

Great mindless shoot-em-up. Smooth graphics, even when the fighting is intense. Not much strategy, but perfect when you just need to jump into a game and kill stuff. 5/5

Besides the Unity3D effect the game was quite boring. Run around, kill everything you see and collect power-up's....kind of 80's nintendo 8 bit :D
Where are the innovative upgrades, scenes, stages, worlds?

It's all too easy once you learn to abuse the invincibility powerup. kill one nest, grab powerup, kamikaze other two nests (gives 2 life) chase down exploders, once invincibility runs out, shoot the rest to death. Got to wave 66, but the difficulty doesn't increase after about wave 20.

Note to self: Do not join US Space Troopers, they strand you on a small pointless celestial object and expect you to fend off waves of space bugs til death. Even the space bugs are nicer and give you powerups, they're like "look at that poor sap, joined US space military".

Fun game, beautifully made. I greatly enjoyed it. The only issue I had was the fact that this game doesn't capture and keep the mouse. Otherwise, I had a lot of fun playing it.
