Sometimes when I go with the gravity flow and use very little power, I go off the planet, but when I point the ball the exact opposite direction of the planet and use max power, the ball rotates around the planet.

Luck certainly helps! I only wish that the planets with the targets didn't have negative mass and gravity. Either that, or I shouldn't be using a driver for a putter...

'nother thing...if I shoot in the exact *opposite* is it supposed to get a hole in 1? And whats with the off-screen measures going up, stopping, and then *go up some more*?

Hole 7: The Bond (forget which cup). the ball is stuck between the sun and two planets going about 1 km a second. definitely needs to have a restart hole button.

You would need to add an abort to main menu option from ingame. as well some more info on the force on the ball, the arrow isn't as accurate as we'd need. Still the unlockables make it very replayable.

The effects of gravity are completly messed up here. In real Newtonian physics, a ball wouldn't bounce off of a planet with over twice it's striking velocity.

seankun: it is happening because of the rules of gravity!
and I think the colors do give us a hint about the density of the planets, gray planets (metal) seem to have very high attraction force.

put a button to cancel the shot, if tere is a method of doing that, ITS NOT THAT OBVEOUS.....i dont read instructions i just play :D

Well, I'm changing my statement, but this game doesn't shine in terms of fun... 3/5 now, oh, and I've not been able to find a law that supports the drag that Escape Velocity gives...you're supposed to lift off and fall back, NOT drag on the ground...Replay Button needed a lot too

Fun game. But a couple of annoying things.
In your gravitational equations you have it right, so what is the deal with your universe? Mass and size are not equal, but since we have no way of knowing the densities of these planets size or combo of color and size should give us a hint.
Also, I found this annoying situation where the ball tends to come back to the same exact place. This happens way too much to be coincidence.
Any reason why that is happening?

i didnt like how some planets had greater gravity then the others with the players not knowing if they are. some times big planets had strong gravity and sometimes small planets ad strong too. if you made the bigger they are the stornger the gravity, it would be alot easyier for the players to have more skill

I like this game. But must say, this game needs a replay button, so when I cannot get any fewer hits to finish my game I can quickly start over again, instead of having to finish all the rounds first.. this gets a bit tedious. Other then that: funny casual game 3 stars..

A little consistency or some hint as to what planet does what would actually make this game playable. Couple that with some variable bounce to the planets make it a whole lot of trial and error and, if you really wanted to, note taking for each level since what is on the screen is basically arbitrairy.

I love and hate this game.
I enjoy playing it a great deal despite being not terribly good at it, which is why I hate this game - you make these massive putts that drive forever (I should've SS'd the 7-10k shots I've had) that end up right where you started - sometimes I want to punch the daylights out of my computer, lol.
I love the tracer option and it was a solid add - the addition of a "return to menu" button or somesuch would be perfect. Achievements are brilliant. Great game!

This is a pretty fun game. I like the achievements section, which keeps me playing. Like several people said, it needs a "main menu" link while you're playing or some way to start the round over. Also, the gravity seems fairly different for each planet. I'm having trouble figuring what the pattern is for the different planet gravities or if it is just random. 4/5

Very nice. Only wish the level editor were a little better (kinda clumsy to work with/can't save or anything/it would be nice to know the 'stats' for the different planets and all).
A little variety would have been nice in the later ones though - they're difficult, but feel kinda like the same thing over and over again. Oh yeah, and a give up feature would be nice...
