This is a beautiful game. I'm glad someone appreciates words this much. Also The Nameless City has always been one of my favorite stories. Thank you so much for its inclusion and detail.

OH COME ON! Just make them powerful words visible, will you? Honestly, it annoyed the hell out of me to be killed without even knowing what happened! You donĀ“t expect me to MEMORIZE the places of these powerful words, now do you?

Is it actually possible to get 100%? I am currently ranked at no 4 in the world (trying like hell to get to at least number 3) but for the life of me I can not figure out how to get to "descent" on The Nameless city part 2, part three I'm struggling with just because of the length and the powerful words- but at least there I can hit all of them. N.B no one else has seemed to get 100% on all of them otherwise they would have 10,000 instead of 9,998.
Anywho! I think this is a great game, itās very well made, I love the "little sighing sandstorm" and all of the visual cues that help you to really FEEL the story; I think the best made one is Alice in wonderland.
and yes people some of them are a hell of a lot longer than the poems, thatās part of the fun, it takes at least 3 hours to get nameless city part 1 done 100%-and its taken me at least 4 days to get it all there, apart from part two and three, god my eyes are hurting, back to the small steep steps for me! Going on day five

Oh, I did appreciate the relationship between what the text was saying and it's shape/the background. That was nicely done.

Some of the levels are just too long. I got frustrated and stopped even trying to read the text or highlight all the words 'cause I just wanted to be done with it. I also wish there was a way to pause the game mid-level. Also, it was annoying that I couldn't tell the difference between black space that I could stand on and black space that would kill me.

In the nameless city I fell between 'sandstorms had long effaced' and 'any carvings which may have.' It respawned me inside the word 'had' and I'm thusly unable to move. I do love coming back to play this game but it does have occasional bugs in respawning. Still love it though :)

What i really like was how like in "The Namless City" Words like "barren wastes" and "Sky was clear" Made up the back ground, making the words form an image in your mind.

I love the concept of this game. It is a very minimalist appearance, with no fancy backgrounds or effects. It really gives you a chance to read great literature, (Huge H.P Lovecraft junkie.) While being able to have fun while doing it. The effects, such as moving words, and word collage backgrounds really adds depth to the game. Plus the level design is very well thought out and the "Powerful words" idea is wonderful and makes the game much harder.
Thanks so much for the 2 hours I spent playing this, Gregory.

Very unique game. Love the way the background matches what your reading. The "deadly" words is a nice tough that adds a little challenge to this gem. You should make a sequel with more poems and great works of literature, and give the players an option to build their own levels with their own works. Fantastic game, unique concept, great written word choices all around superb.

The concept is wonderful, using the fundamentals of typography to represent the story told well. I especially like the Nameless City.

The Nameless City affected me in a way reading it never has before. In fact, in a way no horror story ever has. Simply incredible. That said, I agree with Angryhobo that it was too long for an early level, as 15 minutes of that made me not want to continue today. A nice addition, in my book, would be a counter to see how many words we'd touched compared with how many there were in total. I think it would make the long levels a little easier to handle, knowing exactly how far you had to go.

I especially liked the Nameless City. Looking back on it, It's kinda like an metaphor for how my life was at that moment. Maybe that's why I liked it so much.

A very good game. I like how the idea combines the capacity of books, and the fun of video games. It has very good, somber music, and a lot of good writing. I've never think I've said this before, but I think this game makes me want to read books. I think I'll start with the Odyssey.... + if you liked.

This has got to be one of the greatest games I have ever played. Reading is one of my greatest joys in life. Thank you so much for this beautiful game. I was very sad when I reached the end. Please make another!

u kno with stuff like this you could maybe get younger kids into reading more seeing as in our future there is likely to be a grand amount of technology and all the more distractions so if you turn it into a game they might have some fun with it. btw loved the game :)

This game is amazing: I had actually read or been forced to read some of the works present, but the delivery makes this game far better than a teacher or book.

I like the idea about the powerful words. Because those words contain some kind of strength that captivate us more than the other words therefore taking our focus away from the "weaker" words. This was also an amazing experience and makes reading a lot more familiar for me.

Simple concept, but I loved how the tone of the poems was reflected in the levels, poems meant to be short and sudden feel like it, while poems meant to be long, full of danger and mystery feel like it as well.

Does anybody know the title of the song?...I tried searching for Photo theme but none of Antony Raijekov's songs sounds like this soundtrack
