This is so stupid, people complaining about the numbers on large puzzles, there's nothing wrong with it... it's a good game and it works, save your complaints for games that deserve it...

last grandmaster puzzle completed in 57mins... dunno how bad that was, amazing though how it seems like complete random colours and shapes then suddenly it all pops out and u get this awesome pic... 5/5

the silliest thing that i saw in this game is 50 puzzle: it is ve-e-ery bad that you can't see ALL puzzle at a time so because of this 2/5 and 5/5 without this

A nice attempt at a picross flashgame. Good collection, nice style and everything.
Unfortunately big puzzles are impossible to play because the stupid scrolling numbers, which completely kills the game
3/5 for the effort

Its frustrating not being able to see the entire 50 by 50 field. Its too cumbersome to move around with that little compass, it ought to at least support scrolling with the mouse wheel and being able to pan without having to click somewhere else.

I enjoy the lower levels more than the higher. Not because of difficulty, but as others have mentioned the numbers popping in on the sides is annoying - it feels like playing a game with an old UI vs. new games (generally). I know other games of this type (ie, Picross for DS and the like) do the same kind of thing, but it still gets tiresome. Still, overall, it is well put together, a nice style, and the game remains fun. I also agree with others about the medals being silly, being able to just redo a level very fast after doing it once, but it doesn't take away any from the game.

picross is fun but this is just annoying. the easy levels were too easy and it's impossible to even play the grand master levels. i tried to play the first level in grand master and after filling in most of the squares i could no longer see the popout #s on the side because they're the same color as the marked out squares. and why would you want us to scroll for large puzzles? that's just bad design

I find it odd that once you've beaten the puzzle, you can play it again for a better time, even though doing so means you can have the solution fresh in your mind and just put it in. Or, if you're particularly unscrupulous, just jot the solution in a notebook and copy it from there. Having medals in this kind of game doesn't work, and it's very easily abused, especially the way you implemented it.

Good concept, annoying execution. In particular, the limited quantity of numbers shown on the side of the board - I spent half my time on high-difficulty levels staring at the pop-out numbers, trying to discern brown, grayed-out brown, gray, and grayed-out gray, all on different backgrounds, and all of it only visible when my cursor is on the correct line. Amazingly annoying, especially for one of my favourite puzzle concepts.

Good game, but the required time limits for medals seem rediculous... Even the apprentice levels, you need to beat in like 5 seconds.

Cute, creative, and easy to learn. I actually skipped the instructions and still managed to beat the first level. Usually with games like this one I can't. Smooth interface and playability for easy listening and enjoyment. Keep it up!

speaking of color, some colors are pretty hard to see (grey) and others are hard to distinguish between on the the markers on the side(purple/brown for instance) - signed - 5/5 cause i like this games and it is more fun with colors than b/w on paper^^

nice puzzle game with good music but it is ruined by the ridiculous speed at which you are expected to accomplish the tasks.
Please dont give this game any achievements. 2/5

some of the colors are really hard to see. yellow writing on yellow background? errr, and a reyed out black, is the same color as a non greyed out grey, errrr.

Love this type of puzzle and love the mix of colors. Only problem is its hard to read the clue numbers when you have a bunch stacked together in one row / column.

@grimace- the game maker doesn't make the achievements, and kongregate wont bother giving it achievements unless its ratings are high
