Under rating threshold (show) I really like this idea. But I think it would have a better time as an actual game rather than a web game. But the concept is ingenious, the beta is really entertaining. Heck I'd probably buy this game. Keep up the good work.

Under rating threshold (show) It's unbelivable how many players rate the game high because of it's graphics rather then it's gameplay, altough it's nice to look upon, i can't really say it was THAT fun, yet however. Maybe i will rate it higher if i see more work on it, it certainly have potential. Great work!

Under rating threshold (show) Great improvement on the TD concept. I really love the taking over of a turret and awesome FPS experience that follows. As others have said, there are many improvements needed that could make this game tower above all others (pun intended). I give it a tentative 5/5.

Under rating threshold (show) This game is innovative, well paced, and gorgeous in it's graphical simplicity. That said a few suggestions: Perhaps targeting priority should be reworked a bit. For example as was already pointed out the towers target newer enemies and ignore older targets that are closer to the city. Also faster enemies should take priority over slower enemies within that equation. Great game though, even for a beta. 5/5

Under rating threshold (show) Fairly major bug: you can upgrade microbuildings and sell them for HUGE profit. If you upgrade them enough, they'll sell for negative profit (won't even be able to buy the 0 cost upgrades anymore). Taking this to an extreme, I upgraded my buildings so they could do damage in the millions. This results in the screen being completely clouded over with giant yellow numbers and obscures all vision (though I imagine being able to upgrade to such a level was never intended to be possible).

Under rating threshold (show) This an amazing game, expecially for a beta. Really impressed by the cell shaded kinda "borderlands" look. Now all you need are a roster of commanders to choose, a storyline, and towers, like laser towers. Some ideas for towers: A Control Tower: Takes control of an enemy unit and lets you fire on other enemy units. A teleport Tower: Sends a unit back 5 seconds, with a slow reload rate. An Acid Tower: Does damage over time and dissolves armor. A Spear Tower: has extending pole/lances that pierce through targets at short range. A Combine Tower: When controlled, combines the beams of other combine towers into one shot. Etc

Under rating threshold (show) When the situation is too complex with many enemies the missile towers have a black screen, but healthbars and lock on recticule (not targeting recticule) appears. Also, mortor towers sometimes fail to reload, even after leaving and reentering while at full ammo.

Under rating threshold (show) this is the first time the word "Innovative" has ever been used appropriately in describing a game on kongregate. It is not just a different skin on the same skeleton. This is classic tower defense with plenty of new truly innovative twists. This game actually involves a lvl of skill.

Under rating threshold (show) @nevermath: Hey, if Cursed Treasure is more your thing, then by all means, play that, and enjoy, I'd freely recommend it to any fan, or non-fan of the genre (and have). But what a game should be does not, and likely will not interest me, what is fun is all I care about, and this concept seemed, and still seems, worth exploring. Unfortunately, the same things that make this game unique and interesting to some are the same things that will invariably turn off others. That's why I'm very happy this game, in it's unfinished state, is getting a relatively warm reception here, I thought exposing it to more hardcore fans of the genre might be too much of a double-edged sword.

Under rating threshold (show) amazing update to the TD formula. My main comment is how common glitches in tower placement are. In a few places, you can fit a 3x3 artillery on the top of a 2x2 building.

Under rating threshold (show) @ajizzle14 I disagree on every level. Cursed Treasure has better graphics, runs way better, and some of us prefer not to manually attack. I think the fun of a TD lies almost exclusively in the strategy, not in your skill at shooting enemies. Also, there isn't really a need for 3D in a TD game, unless the enemies follow 3D paths. Cursed Treasure is super well balanced (this game may or may not be, I can't get very far because it barely runs on my computer), which really solid graphics and immense re-playability. There is a reason it was number one on Kong for so damn long.

Under rating threshold (show) Dangit, you guys are gonna force me to do an update just to fix one bug, aren't you!! :( Oh well, such is the life. BTW, big yellow text might mean you're using/abusing the sniper upgrade bug, the damage text is scaled by the power of the hit and the size of the enemy, but I think I'll cap that scaling too, keep that from happening regardless.

Under rating threshold (show) Sorry somky77 but this game kicks cursed treasure's ass...haha but seriously cursed treasure is a great td game, but this game will always trump that one because "Sentinels" gives the player that ability to manually attack with the commandors, not to mention the graphics are nicer, and the 3-d puts this game on a higher shelf on the Great Wall of TD games. So quit talkin shit hater

Under rating threshold (show) @RealRetne: It works on neighbors, but that's certainly not clear enough. I think I'll change it so that the option to build one is limited by usefulness, so you just won't be able to build a sniper unless a gun is next to it. @Deedzy: Although this may change, currently the targeting priority is based on the commander's preference (can mouse over commander panel to see it). I'm not sure that's turning out to be that much fun, so that might change (technically it has strategic worth, but that doesn't mean it deserves to be in a game). But you can also left click on an enemy, and it will mark it as a priority for killing, so there is a way to deal with that, but there might be more/better ways later (I plan on eventually having specialty enemies, like leaders, shield projectors, etc where this will be more useful). @smoky77: Honestly, I quite agree with you, but Cursed Treasure is a well polished and finished game, currently this isn't (wish it was, trust me :)).

Under rating threshold (show) I adore TD games, but this is something revolutionary. The tower's target system needs a little work. Customizing targeting priorities is a good idea, though the ability to just 'jump into' a tower without the need for commander ammo might be a better idea. Regardless, keep up the good work! Can't wait to see the finished product!

Under rating threshold (show) I really like the zoom down to ground level play. The sounds are accurate for what I would anticipate. LARGE clanking rounds, few but they are KNOCK DOWN power. Very intriguing aspect of game play. Very nicely thought out. I'll follow to see what else comes of it. This aspect of 3-d play when manning the manual stations is very Compelling. Bravo!

Under rating threshold (show) This runs crazy slow on my computer. Does anyone have any advice? I have a very new macbook pro. The unity platform seems really cool except that most games run really really slow for me, which makes playing them really unpleasant and time consuming.

Under rating threshold (show) The first Tower Defense of it's kind that I've found. It's great how you can literally jump into the battle with a tower of your own to help out, instead of spamming extremely expensive, single wave abilities to stop those speedsters that got through the defenses.
