Theres a bug:after i click my units a few times,i cant click them anymore but the games continues,however,when i click initiate wave and outside of the game field i can still click them.But when i click in the game screen,except for the initiate wave button,it doesnt work

This is a really nice upgrade to the original game. Adding badges and a careful tuning of the balance would make it perfect. Oh, and maybe some sort of scout ability so you wouldn't have to guess at the enemy patterns on new maps - for a point or gold cost.

TO THE DEVELOPER: In the next version, please include the option for "Specialist" mages to fire at those NOT affected by their special (So more get affected by poison) and for Generalists to attack strongest/weakest

@ Buster875 The flying dexers were on the 4th level on the 3rd or 4th wave. theres no way i could have built an archer.

ok... unclear movement paths, trial error guessing, unability to see next wave, restricted upgrading, very similiar starting "towers", bad lag, lengthy boring marathons, poor saving = Fail 1/5

"Stonefield Border" boss is impossible... again the regeneration is way too much. Whenever he returned from his turn he had his full health... this is frustrating.

Lol Juze: It's Basically Defender V2, by the same guy. Lots of improvements that make the original a lot more of a better game, see rating :)

theres some bugs left in this game, such as the info saying you get extra range going up to level 7 and none when going up to 6.
game play is pretty much the same as previous, but some nice little additions, such as skill point, and a nice story/world added, worthwhile game.

@ Sweeper44 - The archers use the same damage type as melee dexers, so that weakness can be exploited, if only you know how...

Good game, but I need an explanation before I'm going to rate it a 4 or a 5: Is this game based on defender or the other way around? 'Based on' is an understatement here.

wave 30/40 in the easy Marathon is bad joke isn't it? How should it be possible to beat such an enemy with such an amount of regeneration? the only weakness is ice and I have no such a wizard...

Absorb + regen makes the game into trial and error instead of strategy. I just spent the last 2 hours playing a marathon and then was unable to defeat the last boss cause he kept absorbing and regening my lightning...
Obviously, I'll use different mages next time, but that's not so much strategy as trial and error.

nice game. altough the absorb theme i would enjoy a time controler so you can speed up it a bit because sometmes get pretty boring to wait them all die.

Great game, even If I must agree with grendels comments. And one more thing: In the old "Defender" the units changed there clothing as they leveled up, why is this not part of this game?

the game has become quite funny... a little bit unbalanced still, especially when one is attacked by hordes of enemies, nevertheless the game as become better and actually playable. The idea with the skills is fine. It would be nice to see on which rank the warrios are... to move unity would be nice and perhaps also how the enemies move at the beginning of a level. This would make it easier to use tactics.

the absorb function is not a game breaking feature. its a strategy game for a reason. try new tactics instead of whining, would be too easy if there werent some intentional stumbling blocks.

The absorb ability is really annoying because there is no way to prevent your mages of the matching type from attacking it. If there isn't going to be a sell function, there should be a way to stop your own mages from attacking, or at least have them stop automatically.

Markku: Of course they are going to continue to fire. You summoned them to destroy, that is exactly what they are doing. But I do agree that this is a pretty crappy thing, just takes a bit more thought to get around it.

This is insane! How come my highly-trained Master Mages keep firing when they must see that the creatures are absorbing the fire and gaining health??? This is a game-breaking issue.

It's a nice improvement in depth. However I encountered a bug in which I could not click on any of my dudes while playing one of the easy levels.

A couple more features and this game would have deserved 5 stars. But without selling units or at least a 'dont attack' option, this game sucks.

WAY better than Defender. You did a great job when you went to improve that somewhat crappy game. Where that was only worth 2 or 3 stars, this gets the full five from me.
