This was a very nice game. The music really expanded the gameplay beyond what anyone could expect. It was eerie, but added infinitely to the strange world you find yourself in. The different responses of the characters in the game really adds to the replayability and I've played this over 4 times now, although I had to refresh the page to avoid the "glitch". Also, on the last part, some of us with smaller screens or higher detail graphics settings can't see the "light switches" in the basement too well. Other than that, This game is truly a piece of art. 5/5.

This doesn't need auto-fire, what this needs is a little less lag so I can control my clicking. if you had auto-fire, you wouldn't have to control the rate of fire to avoid overheating or wouldn't be able to control the rate of fire to prevent overheating. Either way, it makes the game less immersive and wouldn't help the lag issue very much. Also, if all games were up to your "standards of control", there wouldn't be any variety and they would all feel the same, making it all very boring. If it bothers you that much, play another game. Anyways... Great game! 5/5. The only major issue is massive lag later in the survival mode and during the "impossible" campaign.

Ah... to add a much needed comment to my previous rant, PART REFLECTION IS NEEDED. Although some parts have corresponding opposites, it would be nice to reflect certain weapons parts like the high end torpedo parts. I would like to be able to have a part identical to the torpedo part that isn't the bomb. Not only does the bomb weapon suck, it is extremely energy expensive and underpowered.

This is a game for "Tactics". Respawn is only a bit slow. If you feel 3 extra seconds away from home base will kill you, go play another game. And if you don't know how to use a missile tank, hint: it's a missile turret that moves itself while you are off doing other tasks, and can keep enemy commanders from placing turrets near your tanks. And it does suck flying around with only one part, but deal. If you're worried about not dying fast enough, fly straight into the enemy base. If some missions feel "tricky", it's because you're SUPPOSED to visit earlier missions to pile more cash up and get more/better parts. I do agree that the defense turrets are ridiculosly underpowered. If you're complaining the "grid won't show" or "it looks different", try the OPTIONS MENU. Last note: Being able to sell parts in your storage would be nice, too. This can be somewhat of a hassle if you have 10 passive abilities and you want to sell another part in your garage without removing parts to do so.

I beat lvl 2 without dying :3 to do it, just push the block gently until it's barely holding up, walk back and try to jump forward over the big block, dislodging it and without dying!

Oh yeah, almost forgot, and the reason for the low light quality is because the process used is kinda laggy. If I made the quality of the lighting higher, it would lag insanely. Just trust me. You don't want lag.

This currently is a bit of a progressive test, I'm working on adding WASD at the moment, and the ability to shoot, but other than that, I might add a main menu and an option to change the quality of the light(As soon as I figure out how to get buttons to work). Sorry to dissapoint you, but there won't be any enemies any time soon. When I get that figured out and add more levels, I will probably release a seperate game.

Pretty much what this game says is that sometimes, doing what someone says makes them help you in return or show you an easier path, but obeying everyone and everything makes you inunique. In contrast, not doing following some requests gives you different views and thoughts, making you more unique, but doing nothing for noone can detract you from the world, society, and friends and keep you from getting further in life.

When doing the tutorial, make sure you save the file the same name as the "class" name. Sample Line 1: "class Ship extends MovieClip {" you would save the file as "Ship". Note: You cannot "test movie" unless your script files have been saved already. Also Note: make sure the name of the actual MovieClip is the same as the class name. 2nd Note: Make sure when you start, you use "Flash File (ActionScript 2.0)" Last Note: Read the tutorial carefully and click on the pictures to make them larger. If you get any errors, make sure your script looks like the tutorial's and that all script files have been saved. P.S.: Make sure all Brackets "{" pair up with an end Bracket "}" somewhere in the script. The number of brackets and end brackets should be the same.

@ Krinsmnite, you could've done that without redoing the whole bar. Just right click it in your library and select edit. Move the bar so that the left side of the bar is right on the "circle" in the middle. there you go.

Yup, thats right, I reduced the lighting quality twice... Here is one of those unexpected barriers, lag. The challenge with the lighting is, that, if I make it look good, it lags quite a bit. If I get rid of the lag, it looks shitty. You might not lag, but me sitting here on a slightly above-average computer lags, and if I lag, someone sitting there on their Windows 98 will probly end up crashing their computer. So, at least until I add a lighting quality option, Deal with it.

YES, I know this is incomplete. Right now I am just uploading this to get opinions on the game as to exactly where I should go next. That, and some coding hints wouldn't hurt.

When you save the actionscript file, 1st, make sure you're using actionscript 2.0, and secondly, make sure the script file is saved as "Ship" because in "class Ship extends MovieClip" it's class is "Ship".

My technique is just using a wall of somewhat spaced apart lazers, having alternating THELs and pulse lasers; The THELs take out the bigger targets while the pulse lasers obliterate any nearby missiles or small enemies before they can get close.
