Ok, adding that to my todo list as well. I originally had that but I found it was really efficient to pre-generate the radius images so I took out the changing radius so I wouldn't have to bother pre-generating a lot of them heh.
The sound is fixed, I accidentally uploaded it with the sound set to never play. There is a description including price for the upgrades, when you mouse over the upgrade button it shows it. Originally it was showing the descriptions after a short delay but I changed that (after you viewed I think).
Also you should randomize the questions.... if it's always exactly the same set in exactly the same order then there's no point playing after you beat it once?
It's horrible for a few reasons, mostly because it gives BAD code - why on earth are you teaching people methods that are SIX YEARS out of date? AS2 and AS3 started and then completed getting rid of assigning actions directly on elements.
I think you should have waited for 2.0, at the moment it's pretty unexciting. You should also consider having it generate code as well, at the moment it doesn't even say what the colors are? Color pickers would be more useful to - if you don't know how to make one there's probably lots of free ones out there.
Sudoku is an excellent choice for people learning programming and people learning Flash because it combines problem solving with an uncomplicated style of play and the opportunity to learn efficient methods for working with Flash in a very forgiving (performance wise) game.
It's a tutorial, that's why it's posted in the Tutorials section. You can play the finished version here:

It means it's been promoted because it's killed a certain number of monsters. There are 3 levels of experience, one ^ is a 5% damage bonus, two ^^s is a 10% bonus, and the * is 15%.
Also I'm almost finished a major overhaul so stay tuned, the new version is awesome and includes more towers, lots more monsters, huge maps, minimap to navigate around the huge maps, and despite all the extra awesome it runs faster. :)
You mean like right there on the start screen where it specifically says that the graphics are from wc2/wc3 and links to them?
Blizzard don't seem to mind what their fans do within reason. There's a whole open source clone of Warcraft 2 and the only problem they had with it was the original name Freecraft was too similar to Warcraft.
If Blizzard decide they care then they can very easily contact Kongregate to have it removed.
Heh I love kongregate : ). I know what you mean about the graphics, there's three problems though.... Warcraft 2 didn't have many towers, Warcraft 3 is 'proper' 3d so the graphics can't really be extracted, and I suck at art so I can't make up the difference heh.
