I've put a fair bit of time in at this point. I like it but it definitely has some balance issues. Once you hit map 3, the enemies start hitting unreasonably hard and unless you get really lucky positioning and lucky skills, you won't beat it. Grinding the previous maps barely helps. Even with upgraded and fused gear, I still get destroyed. It's not a matter of getting better, it's about getting lucky. Game does have a paid MTX shop. You'd probably need it to purchase any gear purple or above because the grind to get even 1 purple is insane. Will keep playing despite those flaws though.
The looks really good and the gameplay is fluid. The balance however is completely busted. Anything that isn't ranged isn't worth using. To the extent that you may as well let enemies kill you at the start until you respawn with a bow or staff. The staffs teleport ability can be used to get passed barriers, making the tedious treasure areas much easier to navigate.
Nice little TD game. Not overly difficult. Just stack the best towers at the beginning and everything dies. Only bug I found is that once you hit the victory screen, the "retry" and "quit" buttons do not do anything.
Game isn't idle. Even when you unlock the auto spinner, you have to manually active it to go through a stack of keys. When you have 0 keys, it deactivates itself and won't turn on until you click it. Gold gain is excruciatingly slow. Upgrading the rarity chances hardly makes a difference unless you can get them very high, which you won't without many hours because of how slow the gold gain is. If the auto spinner worked how one would think it would, the game wouldn't be as bad. As of now though, I don't recommend it. Needs a balance overhaul.
With the offline gains bug patched, the game now a lost cause. That was the one and only way to level warriors guild decently. Without it, the game balance is so broken that you can't progress without spending money. All the people who are endgame are the ones who got in on day 1 and got to exploit all the bugs for progress. Two weeks now and the dev has made 0 attempts at trying to balance the game. Game is hemorrhaging players, only ~80-100 people condensed to 1 chat room at any moment. 1/5 rating, moving on. This could have been such a cool game had it not been ruined by tremendous greed.
At first glance the game looks really nice, was expecting it to be another good idle game to spend time on. Unfortunately the balance is all out of whack and the game is loaded with enough MTX to put a mobile game to shame. Today with their update the dev added an additional page of MTX yet did nothing to address game balance outside of the exploits people were using. Most every other comment is negative, the game got a pretty bad star rating, this quickly turned into a train wreck.
It seems like a good game but I just can't get into it due to how confusing it is. A week later and I've still made 0 noticeable progress. The chatrooms are less than helpful when asking what to do. I'll still rate it highly for what it is but I don't see myself sticking around.
You hit the trifecta on what not to do: Game doesn't fit the screen, upgrades are difficult to read, and you are very defensive in all your responses despite these glaring issues. Mobile ports to Kong are in themselves a big taboo, very few people tolerate them. The ones that have been successful are the ones that have launched with no issues. There was a mobile port TD game released on here the other week and it is thriving. Polish this and re-launch, maybe it'll do better then.
It has good and bad elements. It's a standard TD game with decent progression. The 2x speed thing being locked behind cash or spending a few days gathering gems for free is going to deter a lot of people. Progression is mostly based around luck of the draw which is a huge negative. Two people who start at the same time could be dozens of waves apart just based on who got luckier on monster cards. Gold gain is pretty slow, it's like watching water boil waiting to get enough gold for an upgrade. If you can look past those flaws, it's not too bad of a game.
There's no point in using the pistol or shotgun, the grenade insta kills anything. Also the icon for the 2nd weapon is an smg but a shotgun is equipped.
It's a space themed reskin of the mobile game Egg, Inc. Video ads don't play, clicking on anything requiring watching an add gives you the reward instantly. The multiplayer groups don't work (can't join or create a group). Resource gain is weird, you can go hours in a drought then have a mother-ship pop and give you a massive amount of things. Pets are useless. Progression is somewhat steady until level 13, then it's a brick wall. That's where I currently am. Also the game doesn't fit in the screen, that's a bit annoying.
This is just giving access to the offsite server that's already been up for a long time. Not having a kong specific server is like the #1 mortal sin of this website when it comes to mmos.
Game looks good but it takes almost no effort to beat it. Bought a few upgrades, left for an hour, came back to a message that said I had beat the game.
Pretty good game. Good progression, good mechanics. Don't have to even come close to maxing the ship to beat the game. Perhaps add in 5-10 more levels that scale so you eventually need a maxed ship.
Thanks for playing!! Thanks for the comment, I already wrote this down for a next game, I can not put more things in this because the sprites are limited, because they come from a free package on the internet. Thanks. :)
Nothing more than a reskin of his two older games with a few more mechanics. The insanely slow progression is still present. Still having to die to collect RP. A majority of the upgrades you can spend RP on are completely useless. Releasing reskins of game should not be allowed on Kong.
Well this is quite the dumpster fire. Dev is hostile against anyone who criticizes the game (even on Reddit). Game that isn't idle yet has idle in the title. Extremely slow progression even while active unless you buy boosters with real money. Very confusing game overall with questionable progression design. Pitfalls that can screw over new players unless they knew beforehand what to look out for. The game wouldn't be bad with a few redesigns and a new name. Don't advertise this as idle, it's not. Having to spend days progressing to unlock semi idle features does not count as being an idle game.
Fist of all the game has a great community and luckily trolls and toxic players left the game during first 48 hours so I dont need to be "hostile" anymore. People that ciriticizes the game in a polite way and give their oppinion are always welcomed here or the Discord. Its an IDLE game, yu can get materials to craft, enemy kills and Season Point since the start if you leave the game idle.
Not a bad game by any means, just not a good one either. Very basic tower defense/incremental game. Takes all of 10-20 minutes to complete. Not difficult at all. Once you get a few levels into offensive fire rate, the game takes off and you rarely ever even get hit. The only major complaint is the ending, it was awful. A solid 3/5.
