For everyone having evil champs doing 0 damage, Talin basically takes damage away from evil champs and gives it to good ones (can be reversed with a spec choice). Not sure if it was intended to go all the way to 0, or if that is a bug, but that's what's causing it.
This used to be really fun, but for some reason now it won't register the end of level 1. I stop all of the bad robots, and then the game just sits there. If I open the menu and choose "exit," the game freezes. Too bad! :-(
Tip: once you get the "gun cannon" upgrade that gives you a bullet spray, firing in short bursts is more effective than continuous fire. This is because for some reason, the longer you continue firing, the less spread you have, and within a few seconds you are left with a single stream of bullets.
On the last level, if you capture all of the lasers and divide your ships equally among them, you can let it autoplay indefinitely. The lasers destroy enemy ships almost as fast as they are created.
Well, that's irritating. I apparently have the wrong skills to beat Level 5. Great, I'll just reset them. Nope, the game will only allow a reset if you've just earned a new skill point or have completed the game and have just replayed an old level. >:( I've never reset my skills before, and have earned 9 skill points. Seems like I've earned at least one free reset. Also, the skills I had got me through Level 4 just fine. How was I supposed to magically know I would need completely different skills for Level 5 before I even attempted it??? By the time you know you're stuck, it's too late to do anything about it. Sorry, rant over. :-)
I found another blue flower, but the problem is that the boulders DID respawn. I had "washed away" two of the three piles in front of the first orb, but when I had to use the return wand, I came back the next day (in the game) and all 3 boulder piles were back in front of the orb. If it was just the one pile left I wouldn't be stuck now.
I think I've found a bug. While on the quest to touch the three orbs in order, I ran out of the yellow flowers that make vines grow and had to use the return wand. Had to sleep overnight to let the flowers regrow, but now there are none of the blue flowers that make rock piles disappear anywhere. The path to the first orb is blocked by 3 rock piles, so I have no way to complete the quest unless new blue flowers appear at some point. :-(
How do you turn off autocast? I can't find anything in the help pages, and all of my money keeps getting wasted sending troops I don't need or want to send.
Another game where local saves are not working on Firefox. Play on Chrome if you want your in-game achievements to persist, and if you want to continue without refreshing after finding an ending.
If you're using Chrome, you have to reenable Flash every time you restart your browser. Sometimes the message to enable Flash doesn't pop up and I have needed to refresh the page.
