I've enchanted 5 things. One exploded at 80% success chance, one at 90%, and one at friggin 98%. 2 survived the attempt at lvl 4 and 3 respectively. RNGesus hates me.
well animation is kinna fast, but I get your point, some people want also an auto attack. Could be a good idea to be able to check that, like you need to kill a certain ammount of enemies and slowly you can learn about them. Game is still work in progress but those are good ideas.
Had a RIDICULOUSLY lucky run with storm mage; 3 scrolls of aquirement and two wishing well, a +4 leather shield, a leather helmet, a robe of wizardry, and three scrolls of enchantments by the 10th floor, a +4 mana regen charm, and a greater staff of power. I won the game in 30 minutes at level 15. Seriously, fix the RNG, instead of pure luck, assign a fixed number of things you get from the start, weighted to how good they are to the class you picked, otherwise this is literally a game of luck.
Please remove the 10 round long confusion which is basically a death sentence, unless you plan to add some kind of tooltip for enemies/traps so it's actually avoidable, since I have no idea how I got confused.
Strike that, ADD TOOLTIPS! I have no idea what's happening half the time.
Fourth try on necro, lvl 20, won the game, didn't get a single poison wand the entire game. Not in drops, in any of the bonus dungeons, and not given by wish wells, and not sold in shops. Seriously, this is ridiculous.
BUG ALERT Going down the stairs, the screen faded to black and refused to load. Refreshing the page, I continued from save, which is me standing on the staircase. I can still move around, do everything just fine, but the moment I tried going down the stair, the screen fades to black again.
2 lvl 10+ enchanter, all with exactly 0 weapon drop/wishing well, and all vendor decided to NOT sell staffs. Seriously, I get that the game's somewhat luck based, being a roguelike game and all, but PLEASE increase the weapon drop/find/sell rate.
Change this: if you click on the exploding vase, either attack it, or say it's out of sight. I HATE it when you accidentally click on somewhere far away vase, then your character idiotically ran into it, then attack for a quick and firey suicide. 5/7 of my games died like this, and it's no longer funny anymore.
ya ! not so lucky, but dont worry loosing items part of the game sometimes you can make really strong ones
