Decent for a themed hangman, but winning a round should give you back more than one piece of the hangman. IMO, you should be starting fresh each time, but if you're only going to give back part of the hangman, it needs to be 2 or 3 pieces. 4/5
Tetsuo, how would having each player have their own 'set of dice' (i.e., random number generator) be 'more fair'? Please explain the math behind your claim.
Hey, Neo, good to see you. @Aphonic: The reset upon 0 lives is simply a risk management feature. And it's an easy fate to avoid. IIRC, buying a new ship gets you 10 fresh lives anyways, or you can simply buy extra lives for your current ship. Never enter hostile territory with less than 10 lives, and retreat once you are at 5 or fewer lives.
Actually, RikkiG, you earn 25 points for uploading a game. You get bonus points on top of that depending on the rating. Look at your points history and you'll see that you've earned 25 points for each game you uploaded. So, don't act like you don't know what's going on. That's even worse than your 'games'.
Seriously, what a stupid scam. If you'r egoing to risk getting your account deleted/IP banned, at least have something more than unlocking all ships and a money hack. Money is too easy to come by in this game to bother hacking.
To make sure I was clear: In the past, KingKyd did cheat, as he admits. However, on his new account, I have never seen him cheat or heard anyone reliable or reputable accuse him of cheating. His new account is clean, as far as I know, and I hope it stays that way. It does seem like he's changed his ways, and I'll accept that for now. So, unless someone has new, current proof that KingKyd has cheated/hacked on his new account, then most of you need to back off. He's a skilled player, who never needed to cheat in the first place. Getting beaten by another player in MP doesn't mean they hack.
KingKyd, by your own admission, you *used to* cheat. Whether you like it or not, you've got a long road ahead of you to shed your past reputation. I haven’t seen you cheat or hack on your new account. But with so many people knowing what you did in the past and watching you so closely, I doubt you'll ever cheat in this game again. Now, is that because you're a 'changed man', or because you know it would be impossible for you to get away with it again? You have no one but yourself to blame for your legions of 'haters'. You have to accept the fact that a lot of people will never trust you again, and you only have yourself to blame for that. Simply 'apologizing and promising never to do it again' doesn't make everything all right. All of the veteran players will always remember what you did. I may forgive you, but don't expect me to ever forget. I do, however, wish you the best of luck in 'staying clean'. -Acid Flux a.k.a. Locked Target (The Original Elite Destroyer Commander)
The knife section needs to be drastically changed. It's simply memorization, and no actual control skill involved. 4/5 otherwise, though. Fix the knife section and you have a winner.
@duganfife, who said "The high kills players are all worthless. No one in the top 50 has any skill. Elite Destroyer pilots in particular are all failers." Son, most of the original high-kill players were so damn good in so many different starships that it didn't matter what the matchup was. I've taken out EDs in Nymphs and Adm. Warships with Defenders. And there are a lot of players that are better than me, like Darth Sirov & Daikun and Caesar. Until you can tangle with them and get a legitimate kill, step off.
How did we find out that KingKyd was hacking? We witnessed it. We saw his starfighter in game while we saw him in here on Kong Chat. He was flying a Alien Elite Destroyer before anyone other than myself had reached that Rank. Don't tell me that KingKyd doesn't cheat when I sat right here and watched it occur.
Ah, so it doesn't work if I'm using a laptop without a numpad? Sorry, but that's an automatic fail. And why didn't you program it so that you could simply enter a four-letter word, and the computer would guess separately? Why create more work for what should be a simple flash game? 1/5 until you fix either the non-numpad flaw or fix the game so that the program is actually user-friendly.
Okay, there is a serious glitch I've just run into. On the second battle, when I had three full strength standard squads in my trench, and an assault squad heading over to the enemy trench, as the enemy stepped out of their trench, they immediately appeared behind my trench, and I lost. This is a great game, but that glitch needs to be fixed.
