The game is far more awesome with the addition of a new type of hint.
A large portion of the frustration has always been "Ok, let's see, out of the 110 things I could make with these 10x10 items, which 3 is the game programmed for?"
When the game says "How do I make a sun?" we won't be trying to create the moon with quicksilver+void or anything like that.
I'd prefer if THAT kind of hint had no cooldown though.
People who don't wanna use it don't have to, and FORCING people to guess for 2 minutes will just lead to people playing for 10 seconds, then doing something else for a few minutes.
Ignore my previous message.
yay for people making stuff available on Kongregate! *cheers* x3
...It might be useful to write something about it though <.<
After getting every upgrade I could find, meaning I think I got them all, I lacked 35 agility, 30 charisma, and 30 dexterity, and had 20 too much int.
I think it should have been made to be an even 100 in everything.
The titles should be re-worded slightly.
"The bonemaster and devestating" doesn't work, at the very least it needs to be "The bonemasterING and devestating" or something.
Same for "explorer" and similar titles.
Itsy bitsy bug:
If you upgrade one of the micro-towers, it costs nothing, but the value increases.
I tried to hit the upgrade button a few dozen times to see if it was truly free (not that I saw any upgrade-ness in firing), then finally deciding it wasn't a temporary bug I figured they weren't upgradable and went on with the game.
A few waves later, I wanted to change to one of the new micro-turrets, and suddenly it was sellable for a few million <.<
Lots of interesting parts, but it ends up being ruined by tedius "Shield+Weapon" combat, where each scene is too small to use magic effectively on anything but a single enemy, and where the regeneration is fast enough to ruin the use of potions (which you don't keep between saves anyhow), and the game-breaking bug at the lift.
I'll give 3/5 because it's better than a cookie-cutter game, but it's UNFINISHED!
That was much easier than I thought x3
It told me I was going to lose my first town so I thought it'd be way hard, but I had like 5 deaths without even using strategy (though I did use some tactics, all of which I thought of as I played)
I think it was because I never let there be more than like 300 zombies, and like 90% of my people were soldiers (I suppose attacking a miliatary base isn't too easy for even the largest zombie horde)
Also, I hurried to research everything I could with the maximum amount of scientists.
And it was NO trouble at all to keep my food supply, i just didn't get a lot of survivors visiting.
But, fun game.
OH MY F-ING.... Gaaah! T.T
I got all but ONE upgrade without killing anyone, then I accidentally clicked the security bot T.T
There should be a function to turn off hacking bots.
One bug with the game: If you glitch your way into winning the demon battle, you end up at a frozen screen, with no way to escape other than refreshing.
They could at least have put a "Cheater! Try doing it honestly this time" screen with a button to return to the main menu.
34 days x3
The staff of returning is redicilously powerful: Without it, the adventurers fight untill they die, WITH it, you've got one adventurer that just keeps growing more powerful as he fights the dragon day after day x3
The thief had his friend die the 31st day, but then took revenge by, on his own, going back down and beating on the dragon three more days, growing more powerful each time x3
