Loved the game! But it ends kind of abruptly. I wish there was more of an epilogue. There's a cutscene that plays every time you start the game, so maybe you could have had another one at the end, reflecting on the journey.
The problems is that the more blood particles the game screen accumulates and has to keep track of, the less responsive the game gets. Either let us clear out the blood or get it to do so automatically.
How is the score generated? I thought spraying the woman with acid would lower my score, but it gave me 3248, a higher score than when I picked the other option for an otherwise identicall run. I tried the acid run again, with the same choices, and that time got 3229. Is time a factor here? Why?
Here's a tip for the boss. Of the two squares that the jetpack fuel thing covers, stand on top of the rightmost one during his second wave and you'll be safe.
I had so much fun that I went and replayed all the levels. The only one that was too frustrating to do again was the last level before the boss. Great job, and hope to see a sequel.
There doesn't really seem to be a main goal. Nothing special happens when you defeat all the bosses and unlock every creature. I tried going as deep as possible. I made it past 4000 feet, but nothing special happened then either. Kind of anticlimactic...
The wall of text in place of an interactive tutorial is a big turn off. The game seems pretty fun, but without some sort of interactive way to ease me in to the mechanics, I don't feel like putting in the effort to learn them all.
I thought the ability to equip the same skill to multiple slots meant you could get around the cooldown. But no, the cooldown affects all instances of that skill, so it's pointless.
