*falls asleep*
Sorry, but this game lacks all challenge.
I suggest you read the following article completely and contemplate where you went wrong:

I'm glad that you didn't mean to insult me.
As I said before, I very much doubt you'll find an as offensive comment as your spoof of me would lead people to believe, but should I have done, please point out which one.
As for the critic part, wiktionary's definitions of "critic" are as follows:
"critic (plural critics):
1) A person who appraises the works of others
2) A specialist in judging works of art
3) One who criticizes; a person who finds fault
4) An opponent"
I'd say number 3) perfectly describes what I (attempt) to do.
I'm not the only person to insult (if that's the way you want to see what I'm doing) games, far from it, and I wonder why you chose to go against *me* and not another person. Is it because I am capable of writing comprehensible English, unlike many other people who degrade games?
I am, perfectly aware that this game is far from perfect, and I *will* be trying to release a *much* better game. When I cannot say, as time is the enemy of perfection.

The realism is non-existant. Sorry to have to say that.
Examples are: pathetic physics, no burning up in the atmosphere, strange build for a copper mine (on the moon!?), anti-gravity coil (need I explain?).
The story is... not written very well ("And so you are lucky to find an old jetpack")
The so-called "unpredictable maddness", is, in fact, very predictable, and only "mad" through the aforementioned lack of realism.
"Repetetive", "Unoriginal" and "No save" are valid complaints which other people have already mentioned.
On a positive note, you seem to have implemented what you wanted without any critical errors, a feat which the infamous programmers of Microsoft have yet to master, and the music and graphics are, in all honesty, better than any I could make.
Rated: A-2/5.
Please put more time and effort into a game.

Brilliant game, and *very* sleek. Simple, well implemented and also challenging (well okay, relatively).
Two things I might change:
1) Be able to un-paint a tile. It's annoying when you get confused by coloured tiles you actually didn't want to colour yet.
2) A key which lets all tiles which connect to one of the same colour flash? It only takes a few seconds to find them generally, but those few seconds are annoying.
All complete, all gold. The technique I used was to find a base tile with as many adjacent tiles as possible. Colour that blue, then colour those around it green, then orange etc. Then word from there. This works on most levels.
N-4/5.

What an amazing comment. I don't see any criticism, let alone the constructive type. All I see is a long list of insults actually.
I have no idea who you are, but I'd venture to guess that I insulted you or a friend in some way.
As for the low rating, I am perfectly aware that this game isn't good, as a brief glance at the description would have told you. An art critic mustn't be a world class artist either, I don't see why games should be any different.
If you find my advice shitty, just ignore it. Nobody is forcing you to take it, nobody is even forcing you to read it. I would also be interested who you mean by "we".

You may like to note that I am an atheist, and saying "burn in hell" is a bit like threatening to send the big, bad wolf after me.
I find it amazing that you insult me for "not spelling mt name with a capital at the beggining", when a quick look at the users list would tell you that I'm by far not the only one.
If you ever see me insulting a person with a comment as your spoof would lead people to believe, please tell me which one it is, as I happen to have all comments on my user page, and would apologize if I have been unfair in one.

P.S. No worries, I didn't take it offencively
Nicholas: you have speed control and there *are* powerups. Please analyse a game completely before criticising weakpoints which don't exist.
Krakenen: Thank you for your most constructive comment. Thank you *very, very* much.

Foolish people. It's a test of the kongregate system. I cannot believe some developers don't understand that.
By the looks of things, the test is working pretty well.

I suggest you look at the four "understanding games" episodes. The first one is [http://www.kongregate.com/games/pixelate/understanding-games-episode-1]. Amongst other things you'll learn that a game is pointless without a goal - this had none. This is passable as a first test of actionscript. It is, however, not a game. It's a randomized background slowly scrolling downwards and a counter with no useful purpose. The cursor has also been quickly changed.
Sorry, but this IS NOT A GAME! A game requires interactivity, here it doesn't matter whether I actively play, or write a constructive comment, it will make NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER!
Sorry, but flagged.
~Art
FraggerX, I haven't seen a game yet without someone commenting that, or something along the lines. If you are going to insult a game, at least do so originally.
~Art
^.- This is a game? Well, I suppose it can qualify for that, with a lot of fantasy. This is a simple click-to-advance-a-frame thing. I'm sorry, but if I listed all the ways on how to improve the game I'd need about 10 pages of comments. I will thus simply say:
1) Get a storyline darnit!
2) Get *some* interactivity!
3) Get *some* variation!
As of now, this game is B-1/5, and as I said in the first sentence, just scraped a flag.
On an unrelated note, clouds are not solid, and much larger than bunnies. How the hell can they hang off them!?

I think it is unfair to still call this a shootorial. This has fully functional upgrades, bosses, different attack types, the list goes on and on.
Highly good game, I find it a little unfair that health and energy are the same. That you die when you run out of energy is quite acceptable, but it shouldn't weaken your physical self.
B-4/5

Um-roar-uwa! *repeat a hundred times*
Rather repetitive, no? Not bad graphic and implementation- wise but the idea was picked from a series of ready-made games within a minuet.
*quotes self* "Now try to think creatively, there is more to a game than just the programme. A game is both an art in the design and a science in the implementation. You have the second [first is more applicable here.] (to an extent) but not the first. Work on that.".
A-3/5, due to the polished feel.

DEUTSCH:
Kein spielbarer Inhalt => Flag.
========== ENGLISH:
1) The game doesn't open. Whether this is your fault or not, I cannot say.
2) The file (http://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0005/9031/live/Game.sw) is corrupt and does not load, even though the download takes about a second.
No playable contents => Flag.

Good suggestions. If you try and re-fill a tile with an identical colour it will clear, but that's not super obvious.
