See, I played my best game by moving Left, up, right, down, over and over, and then I still wasn't able to buy the next upgrade, lol. so... yeah, I think the upgrades to be cheaper, also, I might well suck at this game, lol, it was on a nurses by the way, lol, and have all the upgrades until about 56k, my score, where I can't buy anything.
The second to last boss is stupid hard if you don't cheat. I mean come on. I almost killed it and practiced a ton. On hard? Oh man, what a challenge. I wish I could spend some money to do it more honestly, lol. I assume the last boss is impossible, hard enough to get to, lol, with 3 red stars... oh man without even killing the boss, that's hard. The amount of damage you need to do is just insane in the first place!
Hmm... a little grindy. I mean, I got to lvl 53. I had had to grind a little bit to beat boss 2 or, rather, I did grind, b4 I noted you could just hang in the corner, such a silly boss, lol, and the missile bomb weapon also helps, lol... perhaps I'm really good to get to 53, but then it looks like grindiness, maybe? I mean 53 all rad most levels just once... I'm not sure there's anything wrong with the game, but I'm taking a break from it to play something else for the rest of the night.
I was allowed to buy the 5 ship by pressing the buy button before I beat lvl 40 even though it was marked locked. I'm was on lvl 38 or 39 so not game breaking, lol, it's a lot of moneys.
I did eventually come back an max out the candy drill. I'm sure I would have appreciated the cheaper upgrades. Also now the techs go really high and I can buy them, but I just spend all my money and didn't get that much, so, this game is still very good. I'm missing the one achievement get energy as energy runs out, lol.
Not sure I'll stick around to upgrade the candy drill all the way. I mean, I did do a bit, but it gets pretty expensive. Was easy enough to make the best drill in stats, though its steering ability is quite exceptional as is.
I think you mean the cost of leveling up a particular investment. It's hard to control that since the cost to buy investments is land-dependent and the leveling-up cost is not. It might be easier and better to have a "sell-off" feature and a level-down feature so that, if you don't like the impact of a level-up, you can go back.
I can make the game restart and give me extra stuff at reset by attempting to optimize my wealth footprint in the... well rather late game. It's possible there's an exploit here due to the reward. It seems really slow to me though, to worry about, but sometimes these guys have a lot of time on their hands.
I recommend new players just get a couple wonders and then reset, as the bonus for getting the wonders is pretty good and seems to speed things up a lot. I really notice those stats that don't get a bonus yet... I have 10 wonder achievements active and am about to get 2 more as soon as I buy this next one. I got all the level 1s and then I'm grinding out two more each reset.
I'd like a buy one of all button, lol. Just a handy button for when you've bought the items you want but like to take advantage of the 80% discount real quick.
I don't know why you nerfed the car souls again. It was already tedious enough to design the parts and so forth. It took 10 minutes to do all the designing to get 1 car soul with a time warp. AND, I never get the benefit of not selling the car, like you insinuated I did when I mentioned you broke. I haven't checked it again. I was attempting to figure out the fastest way to get car souls. It takes an hour of work to get 12 with time warp, which perfectionists won't even be able to spend. It took days of any reasonable persons work to get to 2 or 3... I mean, seriously, lol. All that work and I spent 100 car souls. It kind of put me off of the game for a week, and you nerf it more?
I didn't really said something about you?
The reason I made this change is because of 3 reasons:
1. The reason for the time machine was always only if people screw up and become bankrupt, so you have an easier start and can try again with some improvements.
2. Some people wrote scripts to optimize car soul gains with time warps and were able to gain this way more than 10000 car souls a day which is broken imo.
3. People said the best way to earn car souls is with time warps and it is also the most boring way to play this game and the goal of the game is pretty meaningless without some time machine limitation.
So I thought about it for a while and think that the best solution is to remove the car soul gain for the first ingame-year. I know some people hate it, but I can say that most people didn't do this anyway and earned most car souls from races.
Hmm... Lost my save. Unusual. Flash or unity crashed or something on Firefox. Haven't really have trouble with any other game except for clicker heroes. Only one day though, I'll hope it doesn't happen again.
