Good game! A pair of ideas I am sure people have mentioned, 1) A disco hall where you can rally the grinns to meet and greet automatically and 2) a scrap yard where you can convert metal wood at a loss and a 14 second timer.. tier I guess ups the total amount of resources involved and improves the exchange rate.
game loves to stall on waves, lack of basic bullet wave upgrades like speed and especially money magnet make this one a pass for now. I'll check back in a few days to see if updates happen
If you cleared the ghouls in the cave under the labyrinth and thought the quest reward of a 15-30 axe was an upgrade, I pity the hours it took you to kill even one of those monsters.
Darkasus, as you go clockwise from starting, the last screen hit while traveling east goes south. It's hard to see first time playing so maybe Dev, you can add a little noob sign pointing south for us easily lost.
Well this game really drives home how crappy US tanks were hehe. To be fair they vastly improved their AFV's each time they moved theaters (Italy was hardly tank country) but the Germans had constant feedback in the form of the Eastern front. The US therefore barely got their 3rd generation tank out by the end of the European side of the conflict. Pershing was a nice try, but its abysmal engines (the same used in the m4 stuart!) and drive train meant it was was soon replaced by the Patton (essentially an overhauled Pershing) in Korea, so they had the right idea pretty damned quick.
I don't understand the end where it says you can go back to finish 100% to unlock the picture. I beat all the stages and challenges, not sure what 100% is talking about.
Nice game btw, the characters were oddly compelling hehe. As a suggestion, a 'last attack' option in fights would have been nice as 3-5 clicks to repeat the same commands over and over is tiresome.
5/5 dev support and a really nice shooter with clean non lagging graphics. Cannot stress the fantastic framerate enough, great job. Rebindable keys would be nice for those without nostromo/g13's =)
the random missions really need to lose the effing worthless skills like fist and fire... really all they do is stack up 3 in a row and kill you, they are worthless.
Actually along the same line, there's an old intellivision game named Dreadnaught where you had these giant battleships approaching earth one at a time and you had to stop them before they destroyed the planet... the ships were a vertical scrolling shooters with all manner of turrets missiles, energy plants, HQ's, engines etc. Would make a great flash game.
Done!
