Pretty sweet. But needs to mention EMP doesn't affect air. And as general game design principle, you never want players playing the radar. Put arrows at right and left edge of screen to show off screen baddies.
With all the wasted space on the left, there is no reason for the left-side numbers to splash on to the board and be covered up by the pencil marks on the puzzle. Draw them left.
Your combo multiplier goes up by one every time you max out the blue bar. So scrape a lot of bullets and kill guys really close to you. Not that it matters, because the 100x multiplier badge doesn't trigger.
Oh wow. If you get the final rocket upgrade, the rockets stop shooting anything. Goes from hella easy because everything dies to omg, just shoot something you little crappy money sinks!
If there is a lag between stopping and shooting, you need to show that by making the target point in to a circle, or out of focus. You can't just say "Stay still for .4 seconds and it works fine."
