85% of this game is irrelevant. Don't need a second base. Don't need any missions other than tech and money. Only difficult part is when your switch weapon button mysteriously deactivates.
Ah, I've figured out the main problem here. The player's ship is too large of a percentage of the screen. When flying up or down, you just don't have time to do anything but blink before you hit something. In Geometry Wars, your guy was way smaller in percent of screen.
Controls are completely whacked. Combined with weird bouncy physics and jumping is just impossible.
And if I hear one more "First!" or "Badges!" out of any of you, I am going to drive over to your house and glare at you from my car.
Weird bug. One coal plant, no mines. Ran out of coal. Built one mine, and still never got coal to feed the plant. Built a second mine, and finally got coal. Shut down second mine and still got coal.
Almost totally awesome. Word choice is usually lacking (more small words, and more nouns I think), and there aren't enough topics. Actually had "How do you know you're about to be fired" THREE times in one game. Even if you have a small selection pool, take two seconds to keep duplicates from being in the same game.
Does the intercepter beam do anything? It says it destroys shots. And the flak gun is a little silly since the blue laser kills planes way faster. Still really good though.
I think the collision on the time bubble is a square. Which is silly since circle distance is easy to test. Love that I can turn it off, but I don't recall that from the tutorial.
