can I sell back the nonsensical oversteer?! I push the arrow key once (no wind) and my craft turns sideways. If I spend money on an upgrade at least let me turn it off...
For the love of Thor the ONE AND ONLY PURPOSE of a FUSE is to BLOW OUT and PREVENT you from electrifying a basement full of water! If you want to electrify the basement you'll need to use the electrician's gloves to stick a hammer head or metal clamp across the basement circuit in the fuse box.
bad execution: (1) A bit of careful hangman play in the beginning gets you to infinite money even on Hard. (2) Unit mix is irrelevant. Archers/wizards do extra damage at range but then get chopped up when their protection is gone - and they also supplyblock you by standing still. Every mix I tried had same kill ratio, so spamming all Warriors was cheapest and fastest to level-up. Buttonmashing and one-finger slowplay all lead to the same outcome.
turn 1: RxQ turn 2: BxR turn 3: blow up his N with my bomb & check. would've been mate in 5 except he blew me up with his bomb. Computer AI needs work...
spamming freeze crystals wins easily. spamming decoy trees wins easily. spamming magic missile wins easily. Balance suggestion: start level with enough mana to build one item, then earn enough for ten more builds throughout the level (rather than hundreds).
Tail slap - at 2000 health you break ships by circling your mouse around the yourself! Also, after you've passed through a ship, don't mouse over the ship - instead wobble the mouse back and forth in front of your head opposite to the ship. Your tail will sweep back and forth across the ship and destroy it.
Exploit: the "custom" mode becomes "god" mode each time you increase attribute from 14-15 costs 1 point but decreasing from 15-14 returns 2 points = you can set your starting attributes to whatever you like.
Challenge: clear data & then win in a single delve (i.e. without using Wings). Healing potions become a very limited resource - I had to leave some artifact chests unopened (couldn't get through the monsters to them) in order to make it to the next shop alive...
Two marketplaces with 7 and 10 tools adjacent to a Large House that's wanted Tools for a year. 100% educated Middle Class, 14% Lower Class, despite a city served by only 1 School (which info-box says serves Lower Class only). 8 Lumberyards and 3 Sawmills and I still never have any wood? Coal on one side of the map, iron on the other, should I still build a Blacksmith? Where? Deciphering this game requires psychic powers.
"Derr starcraft clone" comments are idiotic. If I reskin Q-bert as a little red dinosaur and rename him Horadric Cu-bert, is it a Diablo clone? This is a lane attack game. Mothership turrets are very strong but once you defeat one and overwhelm that lane, the mothership dies quickly.
