Great game overall. My only real complaint is how tall the dragons and angels are, when they walk by the friendly castle it's really easy to hit them with friendly fire.
I like the customization aspect but you really need to be able to customize YOUR DECK!!! What's the point in boosting your magic skills through the roof if you get stuck with a hand full of weak physical attacks? That takes most of the point out of having classes because you need to round out almost immediately to have any use out of those other cards...
At first it's got some elements of stealth, which i really like. Later on, once the weapons start getting insane, it loses that element almost completely. Good but could use some work.
Good - really good, really RREEALLY good - but it's kind of annoying how certain waves can just IMMEDIATELY bypass traps without any problem, even the "special" trap.
Well, played it a little more and I've got some more observations: first, the sniper moves are kind of awkward. I really wish that there were just a little bit of a pause right after you teleport, time stopping for just a second or half a second so you could get your bearings. Second, the BFT you get is incredible, the damage and the snipers and the HUGE number of seekers and... anyway. One suggestion, ZOOM OUT A LITTLE because the carrier takes up most of the screen.
OK, so I've only played it on Armor Games so far and as such have no idea what got left out on this version. Here are my preliminary findings (sorry that sounds so pompous). First, the Leech tank is AWESOME. Second, the leech tank is AWESOME. Third, the virus missile is REALLY AWESOME. ... OK, serious notes: I really wish there wasn't a Kongregate version and an Armor Games version. Seriously, someone needs to get over themselves. I love how your "XP" and your health are the same, great feature and one I enjoyed in the first version. The branching evolution is awesome and I look forward to exploring it more. There might be some balancing issues regarding bubbles gained from killing an enemy and how much damage that enemy can do. Lastly, I really wish it were possible to destroy mines and I hate how they linger after you kill the last enemy. Overall, very good. Now give Kongregate the full version.
It's pretty fun. Granted, puzzle games with very similar play style... things... are fairly numerous and have existed for some time. (sorry, sick and having trouble thinking) That does not make this any less fun, just less original. In terms of improvement, I really want to be able to continue moving tiles/gems/whatever while the artifact pieces are flying around and the sun amulet/thingy is blasting tiles. The animation is cool but it eats up precious seconds, as some other users/players/people/thingies have pointed out in earlier posts.
Overall, I really like it. Main problems are that it starts out kinda slow (which makes sense) and then after a while the planet goes INSANE, shutting down completely and making winning impossible. One thing that's kinda funny: I made a disease that was really infectious but not in the least bit fatal. People were burning bodies BUT NO ONE HAD DIED.
I'm not a huge fan of typing games like this in general, but it was pretty fun. Just PLEASE put in a pause button! Seriously, you have no idea how frustrating it is when the phone rings and you're like, AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH! I know you don't because if you did, there'd be a pause button.
