Using the mouse to scroll in and out doesn't work property, scrolls in jerkily and out not at all. Tutorial was difficult to get through, and as an experienced TD player, I found that slightly amazing. It's good that we have to change our strategies. Game over menu has the 'Next' button that doesn't work, nor indeed should it be an option when losing a map. Is fine after winning. I do find the view a bit unsettling, it feels too low, and I prefer having a higher view where I can see my towers and the entire field without towers being in the way. It might be nice to give players the option of having a top-down view.
Employees: what are they doing? Mooching about, from what I can see. Gold I get from killing mobs, ore, and metal I don't get, gems, well, the frequency with which they are found is a mystery. In fact, most of that mining screen is a mystery. Inventory has a rollover information screen that doesn't go away. Still haven't worked out precisely how it happens; it doesn't carry over into other parts of the game but when I return to the INV it's still there. The movable slots for equipment are *seriously* annoying. Am I meant to be able to equip three swords at a time - there's no other equipment, so I assume so. However, it does seem a bit silly. Where's the third one kept, in my cleavage? Likely to put out an eye that way. *ahem* I think that's all for now. It would be nice to have linebreaks in comments, but that's a Kong thing. :) Well done so far, looking forward to the rest of it!
Thanks for the feedback :). There WILL be more items and inventory slot types, equipping 3 swords wont be a thing forever. I plan on having the inventory slots unlockable, then you could move them around and arrange them how you want them, or move them over to the battle screen if you wanted to. I know its far from perfect at the moment.
Hiya, game shows promise but needs work, and I would imagine that if you want to make something approaching AntiIdle: The Game, you'll be putting substantial work into it. You will end up with a brilliant game if you do. So, things I've seen in the game. My attack increases, but nothing seems to affect the damage I take or speed at which I attack. I can't attack higher level monsters because I can't increase attack speed, or reduce their damage, but I can't get higher level EQ because I can't attack higher level mobs. Map will, I assume, have more locations. Scrolling with arrow keys - horrible to the (n)th degree. Seriously. Use menus, not scrolling. My mouse sits on top of my arrow keys, and it will be the same for many users. If not, make it optional. I'd rather use menus. (continued)
A few ideas. Can I upgrade my cards or fighters or whatever you call them? I get what XP is, but what are the other numbers? The gems appear to have no point, do I need them, and what for? Is there any way of acquiring them through the game or are they a bought premium only? Energy - how does that happen? Does it regenerate? What is it for, aside from accessing the vault at the end of a match? But, mostly, can I get better fighters through training or bought upgrades?
Between the hot flashes, hallucinatory visions and strokes, I'm surprised my blacksmith is able to produce anything, let alone better picks. He should be on disability benefits!
Scrolling using mouse wheel needs adjusting: Galaxy view zooms FAR too slowly. Star view: zooms MUCH too quickly. Very difficult to zoom in slowly to pick one planet, or its moon.
Clicking on the name of a moon displays an entirely different moon. Don't know if I own it, don't seem to be mining it, either.
When scrolling into Galaxy view, this raises the unlock prices of systems and planets by 5 times (? someone else can do the maths), each time you do it.
But, mainly because I can't click on the planets or moons I've bought and put mining equipment on them, the game is essentially unplayable.
thanks for your comment, I've just updated the game and fixed the mining elements and prices. I'll improve the camera control on the next update, but now you can use your keyboard w/a/s/d to control the camera
Right. Where to begin? Some towers disappear when bought. Others won't move when you drag them. Some of those dragged a few pizels then disappear suddenly. I managed to get one tower into place, but it disappeared. Not only that, the tower cost increased each time and didn't reset for a new game. On the contrary, it increased, without having bought any towers, and in the end I could neither buy towers, nor could the five default towers kill any creeps, which flew around the path cutting corners all over the place. To top it all off, the towers have no upgrades. Are people uploading games as part of coding coursework these days?
Oh dear, reload #4, and I can finally place towers again in combo. Problem is: now have 6 towers in 4 combos and can't place any more. Everything's fully upgraded, but can't make any more combos. You've got to get this bug sorted. However, the sounds issue - I never listen to them either, so with you there!
Any chance you could send me a screen shot? I can't get this to happen for me. Since only a few people are having this problem it makes me think it might be browser/flash version or something weird.
A few bugs. Spontaneously, after the first game, so it might be the second or third, I can no longer place towers in combo - towers simply will not be placed, and the base no longer shows damage from enemies. Aside from that, it's a game that warrants replaying.
Desperately needs a speed button - goes at about 1/3 speed for me. Nice. Additionally, I went to move a booth. Couldn't place the booth anywhere, including its original location, and couldn't change the cursor back. And what are the stars for? Was that in the tutorial and I missed it? How is research generated? Why can't I scroll to the rest of the map, even with the scroll cursor? So many problems.
you can scroll by using WASD keys or arrow keys.
To cancel moving the booth you can use ESC button.
Stars are use for increasing the popularity.
Sorry we remove that tutorial to prevent players boring on the tutorial section.
We still making the tutorial video now, and let you guys know when it finished. thank you for playing our games.
Thanks!
