This game doens't fit on my 24" monitor. Well done, guys. Ooh, and I have to register somewhere to play? I believe I flagged the game last time you uploaded it here. 1/5 stars.
Lots of clicking to start, and then you can just let it run, so it is an idle - after a point. Best if you degrade graphic quality, it runs *much* faster.
Woohoo! A TD! No-one's been making these lately. Sad. Anyway, this one's fine. Could do with tidying up the snow maps - pale coloured things - silver from factories etc, are hard to see.
Offline progress was broken, I'm assuming it's fixed since the update. It's lovely that money flies into the air when you buy things, but it obscures the cost for the next upgrade.
Hey, come back! It's not really fixed yet! There's no faster production based on level. Achievements and bonuses are missing on reload. Stone production is much too high; steel and wood are way too low. I note that the only thing you claim to have fixed is the focus - none of the actual game bugs that affect play. Have some respect for your work and do it properly?
At the successful conclusion of battle, I'd love to see a resource bonus, eg: some gold and some buildings. It would be far more useful than the constant trickle of gold and troops currently.
From what I can see, achievements' bonuses are only applied the first time they're won. They stay lit through soft resets, but if I hit those same schievements again, I don't get the bonuses.
Dear developer, you have had some really constructive feedback from players, some even telling you where the problems exist in your code. You have shown your contempt for both your game and its players by not bothering to address any of these concerns. In five months, nothing about this game has changed to make it playable. The gaming community helps developers new to the field, and if you interact with this community, whole new worlds will open up to you, and help you to be a better developer. Whatever you do, *don't* put this wreck on your CV.
The currency thing is really starting to get my goat. Emeralds change up to rubies, rubies to topaz etc, but they don't go down the other way. So, I can't buy x upgrade for y rubies with the equivalent in topaz, only in rubies. Similarly, if my auto- and click are different currencies, one will change one currency and the other its currency.
The other thing I forgot to mention, but the phone went and disrupted my train of thought. A career path. Mid-life retraining. Moving to a different area/city/country with different daily expenses and pay rates. Options to start your own business (there are plenty of those types of sim hosted here too, but not as part of a larger game). If you do it properly and people wanted to get involved with you in development, you could have a MMO with different people doing different things - and see the market economy in action. Surely there's one of those out there already though . . .
It's a fair start. Definitely needs more actions other than 'Search job'. More variety in jobs would be nice. As one poster below said, higher education - personal development, and earning while job seeking. No-one leaves a job before having a new one. Investments - shares/stocks/futures (ugh); property. There's a similar game already hosted here called Money Makers - it's just not that interesting. Take a look at how their game operates and what you (and players) don't like about it so you have some idea of where not to go :) Best of luck!
I'm guessing this is your first game? Don't be disheartened. Keep going with it. More bugtesting before release next time, or chat with some people and get testers and feedback. Feedback is very important so you know what your audience likes and doesn't like. Additionally, having 21 coal in the entire game doesn't even allow for the second pick upgrade. It's possible to improve and update this game. People like mining - it's easier than actually going down pit :)
Country tribute system will soon be completely overhauled. Watch the news for more updates when we have them!
