* Also on mana. My mouse double clicks occasionally for me, which is nice. Not so when clicking spells - the same spell clicked twice will both run concurrently, not consecutively. Is it possible to have spell buttons unclickable while the spell is running? * Base clicking rewards are sometimes wholly inappropriate for the cost and the stage of the game where you buy them. The benefit is invisible. ie: Eternal Treasure. * Many Exchange upgrades still not purchaseable when you have the exact coin. * On reset, alignment-based spell buttons have no text until you mouseover them and trigger the hover. * From my sixth go around, some of the factions seem *way* more OP than others, eg: auto-clicker (clicking macro) + elven faction. Cheers, and keep up the good work :)
Hiya, I've been collecting some ideas since it's better to get them all into one post than scatter them to the four winds. Apologies in advance for the wall of text but there's no formatting in comments. * Sort upgrades by cost not randomly as it appears now. * Show % chance of finding faction coin. * There's a massive jump in some upgrades' costs, ie: going from 100Qa to 100Qi for the same building's upgrades with nothing inbetween. * Now that the mana pool has come down to 1000, can we have some upgades to make it larger? (There's more)
Is it right that the larvae should be bouncing off walls marked for removal? There seems to be a lot of work-dodging among my crew and I wonder that I shouldn't sack the lot of them. Of the 30 I currently have, generally only between 5-7 will be working, the rest richocheting off walls like drunk people.
If the worker is coming along the wall it may bounce on it without digging it: its mouth has to touch the wall to dig it, so if it touches it laterally, it will just bounce.
Which way doesn't fit? You'll have to scroll just because there's so many things that can be on the screen so I didn't know where to limit the height, but width wise you should be fine.
Also, yeah, the game is just an iframe pointed at my site so your save will still be there. :)
It's an interesting game, and would work well as something like a tangram but the mechanism is so fiddly. It would have been better if once the pieces were in place they would remained fixed.
1. Work on the game pane size. It should fit neatly on a screen. 2. Mute button needs always to be an option. Preferably load muted and have sound as an opt in.
Mute button doesn't work after looking at the instructions and refuses to mute thereafter prompting a reload of the page. Additionally, it would be useful to be able to pencil in numbers before inking them in. A sudoku app I have on my phone has this feature - the user can pencil in possible numbers to help solve the harder puzzles.
Firstly: keep going with it! An idle/incremental game with low resource usage is *really* refreshing!! Helpful advice: if you do add music, allow us to load the game muted, please. Some balancing necessary as the game starts very slowly and gets faster as you go on. Explaining XP would be nice - from playing I can see that it adds bonuses to all stats, but no idea what the multiplier is. It would be lovely to have a mouseover hover on stat upgrades to see what the next upgrade will give. The game loses focus - even as I have scrolled down to write this, it has stopped. Luck in the 80s and floors 70 and above gives way too much gold and XP. As I say, stick with it, it's worth it.
Mute needs to be an option on loading or *before* you launch into a long and detailed explanation of the game. Seriously - I've got this bloody music _and_ what's playing on VLC.
Arrow keys, while documented aren't implemented. Nothing great, but it's not broken and that's an advantage right there over so many games here now. Don't forget to overwrite this game when you upload further updates.
Arrow keys are only used to move the 'Stick guy' in the other window (press the '???' button and then the little button in the middle)
But thanks for the comment, I'm aware it's very basic but everyone has to start small I suppose.
I will, of course. If you have any tips or things I should pay attention to, please tell me!
