Intriguing. It was creepy without being over-the-top horrific, and the puzzles were fairly logical. THANK YOU for no pixel hunting! I look forward to the next chapter, and I wonder how the bell will come into play.
That was actually pretty hilarious! Brings back fond memories of Power Rangers for me. Good graphics, smooth gameplay, and the powerups and enemies were very good as well. I like!
I love the glow concept, and it is very pretty. Other commenters' ideas, such as upgrades and varying enemies, are good ideas. It's got a lot of potential! Some relaxing music would also fit this just perfectly (or maybe it just reminds me too much of Music Catch, the glowing and all).
I wanted to like it, but I just couldn't. The thruster-style movement doesn't really work with the cave layout that you have, especially as hard as it is to build momentum and steer. Also, the fireball as instant kill isn't points in the game's favor. It's not bad, but it's got issues.
Wonderful concept. The word list/spell book idea is a good one, as it can be hard to figure out what exactly will transform and what won't. Also, you have GOT to find a way to reduce the lag and missed keystrokes. Those are the only things standing in the way of this being an awesome game. More levels would be nice, too!
Not bad. There is a bug where you can pass through enemies, which can get annoying when you're trying to jump on one. All in all, though, not bad. Like a cross between Sonic and William and Sly.
Fun game. It could have been better, but it was fun. And the "Tom?" blooper made me giggle. Suggestion: Get your friends to help with the voice acting, so you can have different people doing different characters.
Awesome game. I needed a walkthrough for some parts, but that's not a problem with the system, that's just me being a little dense. :P The graphics, the sound, the puzzles, the environment...it's all flawless. And no, I didn't see the "twist" coming. Very, very well done.
Wow that was....short. It's certainly the start of...something...Anyways, you seem to have a good handle on how to make a smooth control system, and appropriate sounds and graphics that all come together quite nicely in the retro theme. I hope to see you turn this into a full-length game. It's a very good start.
It's like a cross between Space Invaders and PopCap Games' Heavy Weapon. The art is nice, but the ultra-slow frame rate, lack of sound, and limited ammo (seriously, SIX missiles?) kills the fun. Also, it's too bad you didn't upload the .swf directly to Kong. It's a start, but it needs a lot of improvement. Upgrades or power-ups would be a nice addition, too, as well as assorted enemies.
I'm afraid I have to agree with the others. There are no hints and little logic as to what in the world you're supposed to do. Click wrong, and he simply does nothing, except for obviously getting killed if you step into the robbers' vision. Guess-and-click isn't fun.
I liked it until I realized there was a timer. I know, that probably shouldn't bother me, but I'm more the exploring type, and the timer kind of killed the joy for me. It's odd, but then again, the Wicky Woo games are. It's pretty good, if not trippy, though.
