Wow. What a lovely, sad game. This is a great twist on an old idea. The puzzles were just hard enough to make me think, but not enough to stump me, which is a good thing, because it allowed me to enjoy the story more. The graphics are whimsical and lovely, and oh that music! I LOVE the music! All in all, very well done.
As all Bonte games are, it was cute, fun, and very enjoyable. I found it a little more straightforward than other Bonte games, but for me, that didn't lessen the enjoyment of it at all. Well done again, Mr. Bonte!
What a lovely finish to a fantastical story. I found this trilogy to be a little tough (especially the last), but I thoroughly enjoyed the ride. Thank you for sharing this beautifully drawn story.
If I were a wagering woman, I'd say this was made by the makers of 4 Seasons. Like the game, but have no money for the full version. :'( Pretty good, though!
The controls are not appropriate to this kind of game. Please, please change it so that left makes you walk left, up makes you walk up, and so on and so forth, and then I'll give this another try.
Not bad! I loved the concept of animated puzzles, and the horror/fantasy short stories were neat. SkyClowns was my favorite. If you make more, I will certainly play them!
Pretty straightforward. I don't always do well with room escape games, but I was able to do this without a walkthrough. I liked it! Also, bri344, it is not scary.
It wasn't bad for a first try. The gameplay was smooth, and I didn't run into any bugs, but the collision detection made me a little crazy when I was trying to squeeze past the evil green boxes or pink stationary shooting things and failed because the collision detection was a little touchy. The pictures of real fruit don't really fit well with the other graphics, but otherwise, it's okay. Might I suggest a map, also?
Brilliant. It's weird, unsettling, challenging, and so fun to play. Controls are silky-smooth, and everything, music, characters, and concept fit just right. Well done.
I liked it. It was short and sweet. Gameplay is simple, art is lovely, and it actually took some fast thinking to make sure they match up. (Maybe it's the late hour of the night, but the knight rounds drove me crazy, at least the cards with all the maces on them. :P )
Cute, but I have to agree with the others about the popup screens. The first few times you do an action (e.g. jump, kill an enemy, etc.) are cute, but every single time gets in the way of the gameplay. Otherwise, though, good game. Good graphics, fitting (and catchy) music, and an excellent sense of "period." Cute game. :)
I wanted to like it, I really did, but moving the character around is HORRIBLE. He should not be moving whenever I click on something on my inventory, and should be able to get around obstacles far better than he does. And when I have to restart TWICE on account of it glitching and getting him stuck at the bottom of the screen...no. Nice idea, but until you tighten up the movement, just no.
