some serious balance issues in this. like healing drone healing 1% per second maxed out while regeneration heals 2.5% per second maxed out, loot magnet pulls as much as gold magnet but also pulls weapon ups. Doesn't make sense design wise
I love the game but spells unfortunately drive me nuts. There are times where I might get 2 during a whole battle and others where I've got multiples of most spells after 4 or 5 waves. This drastically changes the difficulties from way play to another. Need a better system for spells.
The game screen needs to enlarge. A full flock takes up half the screen both length and height wise making it near impossible to guide your flock without losing at least a bird or two. particularly when aircraft take up more than half the screen. This game doesn't feel like you're properly guiding your flock so much as just keep replacing the ranks over and over again. And the upgrades reflect this emphasis Also a wall of 3 overlapping blimps going from one side of the screen to the other is just plain sloppy if you let things like this happen.
the thing that bugs me is I recently experimented with warping in fighters. unfortunately they force the bosses to stay back out of the range of my weapons so I can't kill it quickly enough to get a perfect. Also my drone units often go off screen to pick up gold as the lvl ends so I can't mess with them when I go into formation editor. fix these two things and I think you'd have a stellar game.
this game needs some work. The enemy seems to have infinite resources, while you're stuck praying to draw a resource card. If discarding added +1 to a random resource I'd see this game as reasonable, but as is you're too often stuck discarding and discarding with no hope of blocking enemy cards.
I kept getting launched up but it wouldn't let me enter out of space without the suit so I kept getting stuck with offscreen, which is rather annoying and makes no sense. Also why is that when you get a speed boost, so do enemies, missiles, and bullets? Otherwise I enjoyed the game.
great game. I agree with all of Eimazein's suggestions, but have a one of my own. First in the use whatever comes up maps (maps 3 and 15 on each page) and the defend the carriage missions, don't have ranged units go all the way to the end. Its not a problem in normal maps because the enemy fortress is in the way so they stop to shoot but in these maps ranged units will walk right up to the edge to be immediately killed by the first enemy that spawns.
I felt like the upgrades were not balanced. I could full upgrade a gun within 2 play throughs of the first lvl, others took more play throughs just to get 1, but overall they were all incredibly easy to get. I felt there should have been more levels to each upgrade or more upgrades overall.
I felt that the letter generation was off. After a couple play throughs of thinking cap I'd get through about 15 words before I was forced to shuffle because I have something along the lines of 5 As, 4 Os, 3 Is, etc and maybe 2 consonants. It maybe that I was tending to use more consonants particularly higher scoring ones and trying to get the 1 vowel bonus, but after getting this result consistently I think you need to alter letter generation so maybe 3/4s as likely if already 2 on the board, 1/2 if 3, 1/4 if 4, 0 if 5 or more, to make a more enjoyable experience.
No challenge here. I played a few waves, but with stationary enemies, plenty of time to line up shots, no upgrade system and the lack of any sort of new and unique game mechanics left me completely disappointed.
I find it very lazy that in order to find out the most basic information for the tower upgrades the developer expects us to go to the guide rather than put in basic tool tips. Even arguing with the people who comment that this a problem. Poor behavior on the developers part.
there needs to be a "current total salary cost will jump to ___" under the max workforce upgrade. I saved up 1.2 mil before i bought the 350k upgrade thinking that would be enough not realizing salaries would jump to 1.5 mil total
just pressing the engage button over and over isn't particularly thrilling. Also the game glitched during the tutorial when it was explaining how i needed to recruit help for such and such raid. So after I reloaded, no tutorial. So I don't really know what I'm supposed to do, other than just press the stupid engage button and pretend I'm somehow engaging in combat?
I want to like this game but this is just a poorly done version of a game that has been done far better many times before. Control is too limited. It comes down to click where there are no immediate obstacles/more money and hope that there is nothing right above where you boosted Also the fact that the menu bar pop up and achievement pop ups inhibit your clicking makes this games unpolished nature really show. Its a shame because with a little more work this game could have been really great.
Thanks for the comment! What kinds of things would you like to see changed in the gameplay to make it more fun?
