Ah, good old Runescape. I wonder if Kong'll find some way to give badges for it. XD
Seriously though, I dunno why RS is such a hate-it-or-love-it-or-utterly-despise-it sorta thing. It's a grind-focused RPG, which is not the best of game premises, but is hardly the worst; and it's neither wonderful nor awful as such.
If you don't like free online games, either find a paid game to play or go download old DOS stuff. Betrayal at Krondor is always good fun...
Excellent. I greatly appreciate that you made the change to scouting -- it makes more sense now gameplay-wise, and the new scouting skills are entertaining and use so far. Thanks! :-)
I'm having issues where it won't let me select a mage to view its properties & level it up. Other than that, I for one like the changes, although I'll have to play it more to decide if the total gameplay is better or not.
If you're decent at typing, keyboard isn't broken, and play the story mode long enough to know what most of the enemies do, you should be fine. Personally when I fail to kill a mage before he splits, I use the #2 special which often kills the squad.
With the current version of the game, I've had no problems with my typing not being registered correctly. Assuming you're using a standard QWERTY keyboard, I'd say try switching browsers. *shrugs*
The game *needs* a pause function for survival mode, though.
So at first I didn't play this 'cause I figured it'd be like every other "[ill-fated creature] Launch" game. But then there were badges, and... this bloody rocks. Excellent game! :-D
I do think this is getting overrated, but it *is* fairly good, 3 or 4/5 range. Spacebar doesn't seem to work while the asteroid is first falling? And additional music options would be good. *shrugs*
Same as BachiAtari here -- managed to right-click and go "Forward" twice to get past that. Other than that, 'tis a good basis for a game, and pretty sweet graphics. Keep it up! ^_^
Ah, the Good Ship Manatee... Makes me wonder if someone at GameInABottle is a Leslie Fish fan. ...Definitely need to get more of their stuff up here on Kong, anyway.
Lumppy... have you been distributing your skill points? If you've allocated points reasonably, build structures and use air support when it gets thick, you should be a-okay for much farther than that.
Dzugavili... save your "code re-use" gripe for YouGame's graphics. Personally, while it is kinda trippy, I don't mind the premise and quite enjoy the gameplay of this game. The ragdoll motion turns dodging into a fun and challenging skill, which makes it all worthwhile even without the shoot-em-up aspect.
